There will be inaction, then action, then inaction. There will be a violent struggle that will fill as much of that ephemeral space as necessary. There will be a spectrum of human emotions, from joy to anguish. There will be physical pain, suffering. There will be medals and free T-shirts and overpriced acai. 

And then what? 

Inaction, then action, then inaction, then action – forever. Hopefully, learning and growth interspersed throughout.

May the circle be unbroken. May I choose to remain in the circle – forever. May I remember what brought me here in the first place.
