What is B<>rder/ess?

B<>rder/ess is a Public Good started in 2022, that raises the next generation of web3 developers, contributors and builders from today's universities.

The B<>rder/ess Goal

Our goal is to raise the next generation of Protocol builders, Smart Contract Developers, On-chain analysts, Cyber Security experts, Product Designers, web3 contributors and creatives who'd build products and communities to promote web3 adoption.

We do this through our (Proof of Work) PoWs;

1. Building physical hubs on Campuses

2. Organising quarterly Cipher Sessions

3. Hosting web3 events

4. Providing Crypto Education and Finance training in our communities

5. Offering mentorship in different digital skill-set

6. Establishing Campus Tech Clubs and

7. Launching tech projects.

B<>rder/ess 2024 Wrapped

2024 was a transformative year for the B<>rder/ess Developers Program! Since our inception in 2022, we have never achieved such strides. Here’s a comprehensive summary of our impact this year.

We acknowledge that some milestones exceed our recorded data. For instance, the actual hours spent in Cipher sessions and the number of developers transitioned are likely higher. Each month, we uncover stories of individuals impacted by our programs who only come forward much later or didn’t initially fill out our feedback forms. This report is based on numbers we can verify.
