Summary

December was a month of rapid growth for us. We ended the year with close to 50,000 signed-up users (61% MoM growth), 45,000 minted Proof-of-Talent badges and 20,000 badge holders. We were building multiple important features internally, while shipping Leaderboard and a revised Main Page to the product.

Overall, we closed the year with most of our annual targets fulfilled. We shipped and rapidly developed our web3 talent platform, released Proof-of-Talent protocol to Polygon, built one of the largest web3 professional communities, and set up an enthusiastic and talented extended team with 8 full-time core team members and a few dozen community contributors.

In early 2023, we will focus on building partnerships and strengthening the B2B side of our platform, experimenting with revenue models, and continuing to ship major product and protocol upgrades as the fastest-moving team in the market.
