We’re excited to announce that KNN3 Network—a one-stop Web3 DataFi solution for dApps and smart contracts—has integrated Chainlink Automation live on Polygon mainnet. By integrating the industry-leading decentralized oracle network, we’re able to access a secure and reliable smart contract automation service needed to help securely and cost-efficiently trigger the job of processing data off-chain and delivering results to the deployed smart contract with customized schedules. As a result, with minimal coding, users can fetch the on-chain data periodically without needing to manually trigger a job every time.
We decided to use Chainlink Automation to power the data job scheduling function for DJMP (Data Job Management Panel because it is the most reliable automation service in Web3. The Chainlink Automation Network is operated by the same pool of time-tested, provably reliable node operators that currently help secure tens of billions of dollars in DeFi, even during record levels of network congestion and extreme volatility. The proven infrastructure of Chainlink helps ensure that every job of off-chain data processing and on-chain data delivery is executed on-time in a trust-minimized manner, giving users additional guarantees that it will function exactly as intended.
KNN3 DJMP is an integrated panel, one-stop-shop for on-chain and off-chain data fetching, processing, and delivery. The KNN3 DJMP enables developers to execute a job that can process off-chain data and deliver results to smart contracts with scheduling through smart contracts. The configuration can be done easily in a user-friendly interface.
Chainlink Automation is a decentralized service purpose-built to manage tasks on behalf of smart contracts. Chainlink Automation leverages decentralized, hyper-reliable, and economically incentivized automation nodes to wake up smart contracts when they need to perform critical on-chain functions, which usually take place at regular time intervals (e.g., every day at the same time) or based on external events (e.g., when an asset hits a specific price).
