Laplap：Hi, I'm Kaki from Laplap, host for today, Welcome to today's Laplap Gamefi AMA series about ForthBox, with Elena, CMO of Fothbox. It's an honor to have her here. Preface: In the face of the intense international finance environment in February and March, Gamefi market showed strong support. A：ForthBox is a Web 3.0 GameFi aggregator and integrated service provider supporting all types of blockchain games. We enable users to issue game NFTs with one click and make it easy to transform traditional games into blockchain games.
Our mission is to build the first GameFi+NFT+SocialFi aggregation platform in the world.Ultimately，users，developers，and game guilds can find their places in the ForthBox ecosystem.

ForthBox sets itself apart from ordinary blockchain game projects. We are building an ecosystem that connects game players, game guilds, game developers, and contributors. ForthBox provides Game Center, Game Guild Management System, blockchain game Infrastructure, and unified SDK to the above-mentioned participants.
Q:There is a lot of good news for ForthBox lately. ou built partnerships with Top 10 game guilds in the world, and also closed the seed round funding. Can you tell us more about your partners and investors?
A:Sure. ForthBox has been working with two top 10 game guilds, including YGG SEA and Crypto Gaming United (CGU). YGG SEA is the first subDAO of Yield Guild Games. It has attracted more than 5000 active scholars and over 40 supported games. We recently signed a $650,000 game NFT sales contract with them.
CGU is a top 5 game guild in the world, with over 3000 scholars and covering emerging markets in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Previously, CGU secured investment from BNB Smart Chain (BSC)’s $1B Growth Fund.
On April 25, we announced that we have raised US $1 Million in Seed funding. We were backed by renowned venture capitalists and institutions like Fundamental Labs, Infinity Ventures Crypto (IVC), YGG SEA, Crypto Gaming United (CGU) and Mr. Block. Fundamental Labs is an Early Stage Investor of well-known blockchain projects like Coinbase, Avalanche, and Polkadot. In early April, Fundamental Labs was the lead investor of Binance.US seed round financing.

Q:Can you tell us more about ForthBox’s platform token FBX? What are the use cases of FBX?
A:$FBX is a utility token of the ForthBox platform that was built on BEP20, it will also be the governance token of the to-be-launched ForthBox DAO. $FBX token is used for all interactions within the ForthBox ecosystem. ForthBox is going to build a multi-chain platform, initially starting to develop on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC). ForthBox NFT uses ERC1155 and ERC721 standards for storage and trading.
FBX adopts an extremely deflationary token model, designing a series of use cases and burning mechanisms to ensure the stability of token prices.
FBX is burned through the following ways:
- 80% of FBX tokens that users spent on the game will be burned by the smart contract automatically
- 80% of Game NFTs Sales Revenue
- 100% of FBX tokens that users spent on feeding (upgrading) the platform NFT Ham
- 80% of the services fee generated from our official NFT market.
As of now, our platform has burned a total of 93 million tokens, the number is greater than the amount of circulating supply.

About the game
Q:According to your whitepaper, the ForthBox team will launch 15 in-house developed games in phases. Can you share with us more information about these games?
A:We have about 20 people on the game development team. We plan to launch 15 in-house developed games with different genres. On the one hand, it is beneficial to attract traffic to our ecosystem, building a large user base for third-party games to be integrated at a later stage. On the other hand, we can develop and release new games flexibly based on the market condition, maintaining user loyalty and activeness in the ecosystem. We have already launched 2 games.
The first game Space War was released in January. It is an old-school shooting game. The second game Ham Fantasy was launched in less than a week. The game is a Tower Defense (TD) game specifically designed for Ham NFT. As of now, the daily active user (DAU) of Space War is between 4000 and 5000, while the figure for Ham Fantasy has hit 1000 in less than a week. ForthBox pioneered a decentralized game review system that sets up a 1 million prize pool after each game goes live. A user can submit a genuine review for the game to the blockchain and earn hashrates to farm FBX. So far we’ve got around 5000 reviews from respective addresses for each game.
Q:Speaking of Ham Fantasy, can you briefly explain to our community members how to earn from the game?
A:Ham Fantasy is a Tower Defense strategy game that is fun to play. Players need to build Towers on the map to attack and stop enemies from reaching the terminal. A player will be rewarded with hashrates when winning a battle. Hashrate is the only key factor for calculating a player’s output of FBX. About Game Mechanics:
- Ham Fantasy NFTs issuance: Tower NFT and Fantasy Box NFT
- Users are required to have both a Ham NFT and a set of Tower NFT (one for each of the six types of Tower NFT) to play the game.
- Ham NFT can be minted free of charge. Users can feed their Hams with dual tokens (USDC & FBX) to upgrade. The higher the level of Ham NFT, the higher the POWER and Hashrate in Ham Fantasy.
- Tower NFTs are the ticket to the game. The level of a Tower NFT refers to its maximum upgradable level in the game, which can be upgraded to Lv.5. For example, if you use in-game coins to upgrade a Machine-gun Tower to Lv.5, the Machine-gun can get up to Lv.5 during the battle.
- Fantasy Box NFT is the game revenue, you can exchange the Box using in-game hashrate yield. You can choose to open the Box or sell it back to the platform at a fixed price of 50 USD per Box. Alternatively, you can also use a certain number of Boxes to redeem the MetaBull game NFTs, which is the to-be-launched game.

Q:Will there be an in-game system for Game Guilds?
A:The ForthBox team is developing a Game Guild Management System. When it is available, there will be some functions dedicated to boosting the efficiency of guild management, including game reward automatic distribution, visualized game data dashboard, a portal of scholar account bulk management, event management, etc.
All these combined will help guilds to manage the workflow of scholars more efficiently.
Future development
Q:The last question for you. What is ForthBox’s marketing plan to attract more new users?
A:Next, we are going to carry out in-depth cooperation with our investors and partners, including joint marketing campaigns and AMA, introducing new partners to our ecosystem. Besides, we will dive deeper into our existing core markets like Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, The Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia, working with local communities and Influencers on social media. These in-depth collaborations will be financed by our ecological development fund.

Q: What kind of play is the third game? (Question from community member kkkk)
A: As mentioned during the AMA, I am a big fan of the third game MetaBull. It will be a PvP strategy game. You need to have a battle with an actual player in real-time. I can't disclose too much detail about the game yet. However, it is very fun to play. Meanwhile, you can make money out of it! Please stay tuned.
Q: Where does the income of "feeding ham" come from and how to calculate it? At present, there seems to be an activity about "feeding ham". Can you talk about it in detail?(Question from community member Blackpinkyz)
A: You can refer to our medium article about the 2nd round of Ham feeding campaign.
To answer your question, the FBX reward is generated from the ForthBox ecosystem fund on a daily basis. Additionally, before June 1st, 2022, you have a chance to win a Tesla model 3 by feeding you Ham.
Q: Sustaining the economy of a NFT/P2E games is really hard. So my question is, will the Forthbox games economy will be sustained good for the next upcoming months/years? If "Yes", how are you planning to sustain its economy?（Question from community member Karl）
A: We have been pretty stable for the past couple of months.
First of all, we have a well-designed game economy within our ecosystem.
Besides, we have a deflationary mechanism for our FBX tokens. Like I mentioned during the AMA, we have already burned 93 million FBX tokens for the past 5 months (close to 10% of our total supply).
We designed a repurchase mechanism for the FBX tokens. We set up a repurchase pool to do that. All the repurchased tokens will be sent to the black hole address.
Additionally, we introduce an innovative AMM mechanism to our game Ham Fantasy. It is used for the game yield model.
Last but not least, the to-be-launched ForthBox DAO will play a big role in the future for keeping the ForthBox ecosystem healthy.
Q:i think as Forthbox goes up bigger and bigger we need the good quality of CS(customer service) is there any plan?（Question from community member Hov）
A：Thank you Hov. You are pretty active in our official community and the Korean community. Thanks for the support. We have got funding from our investors, and we will work on these issues to improve the gaming experience of our players.
Q：Hacking/cheating in the game is always a prominent problem, it loses the fairness between players, as well as affects the reputation of the project. So what solution did ForthBox have to solve this thoroughly?（Question from community member ehabwafa）
A：Now we have zero tolerance for cheating behaviors in our games. The cheating address will be blacklisted and all the ForthBox issued NFTs will be prohibited from trading on our official market. We take this very seriously.
Q：What's your future plan to control sell pressure? Because only space war daily alone produce half millions coins（Question from community member BK）
A：We will soon introduce a new game economy model for our games. We need to keep our ecosystem healthy and sustainable in the long run.To make it a bit clear, it is not completely redesigned. We will make some amendments to it. However, they are good practices after all.
