质押大约0.02ETH起，就可以成为候选的陪审团。智能合约基于PoS(质押越多，被选的概率越大），随机选择陪审团，然后根据提交的仲裁材料，投票裁决。

内容可以包括：某打赌结果是否有效（特朗普竞选的预测），某工作是否高质量完成，申请Humanity身份不获批是否合理。
