1. Welcome New Friends

• Jason: Hello everyone, I'm Jason. I have five years of experience in internet algorithms, covering natural language processing, search algorithms, and marketing algorithms. Currently, I'm looking to explore opportunities in Web3.

• Trust: Hello everyone, I'm Trust. It's nice to meet you all. I first heard about Bitcoin in 2018 and accidentally ended up in a blockchain company after changing jobs, where I worked on applications for both consortium and public blockchains. I officially started working on public blockchains in 2021. Previously, I started a project with friends, but now I'm in a freelance state and hope to explore and participate in some interesting Web3 projects with everyone.

• Hython: Hello everyone, I'm Hython. Currently, I work in the Web3 industry in Tokyo. Our company has two branches in Japan, one being an exchange and the other a Web3 consulting company, assisting Japanese projects in connecting with overseas resources. I'm excited to join the LXDAO organization and hope to participate and become a builder, working on meaningful projects together.

We are delighted to have new friends join the community, congratulations on them officially becoming members of the LXDAO community and obtaining their first Badge!

Once a community member’s contribution reaches 500 contribution points, the Governance Group will automatically initiate a proposal for the issuance of a Buidler Card. Holding an LXDAO Buidler Card grants the holder the right to propose and vote on proposals, as well as access to LXDAO community’s financial, technical, and manpower support!

| Governance Group

Governance Group: A working group that researches DAO governance and rules. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: LXDAO governance rules, quarterly summaries, whitepaper writing, token economic design, community conflict resolution, proposal initiation, etc.

• The second meeting of the S9 Strategic Conference was held and summarized.

• Progress on the incentive scheme for early contributors.

• Preparation for the two-year online Meetup event.

| Expert Group

Expert Group: Composed mainly of seasoned experts in various fields. Work includes but is not limited to: expert consultations, code reviews, special topic research, technical sharing, etc.

• Preparation and planning of the S9 Expert WG (Working Group) program and discussion with the community.

• Compilation of suggestions from hackathon participants.

• Planning the Reth panel talk and contacting external researchers.

|Operation Group

Operation Grop: Primarily responsible for the community management of LXDAO. Job functions include but are not limited to: community operations, new member acquisition, enhancing community influence, content creation and management, media branding, business development, etc.
