MotorN is a web3 move-to-earn app that aims to reward EV users for helping decarbonize the world. Our GameFi and SocialFi elements will bring an element of excitement to commuting, which we know can become tedious for many.
In the latter phases of our roadmap, MotorN seeks to deliver its own APIs to vehicle manufacturers and create its own patented blockchain bikes. Users riding their electric vehicles are able to experience a unique convergence between web3 and the real world, as their E-motorcycle NFTs reflect that of their physical vehicle. For example, energy depletion.
Carbon trading is also an indispensable part of our project, where our users’ decarbonization efforts are rewarded as we return the majority of proceeds back to the ecosystem.
Our value comes from our ability to capture the entire value chain of the automotive/transportation industry. In the early stages, our GameFi’s and SocialFi’s are targeted consumers, allowing us to constantly innovate and improve the industry with the vast amounts of data that can be generated. Further down the line, our production of physical bikes and release of vehicle APIs place us within the manufacturers’ chain, and with our user loyalty downstream, we will have major dominance and control as a producer and influencer of what happens upstream. Our market opportunity is huge, and our value is derived from the billions of motorbike riders or car drivers who may either seek to earn more or help decarbonize the world. For example, the 270k commuters from Malaysia to Singapore every day would be a great start.
Transportation currently has the highest reliance on fossil fuels of any sector, accounting for a monstrous 37% of global end-user CO2 emissions. Unfortunately, today's emissions from rapidly rising transport demand cannot be offset by the sluggish uptake of renewables, having disastrous implications for our environment.
Through our Ride-To-Earn functionality, which incorporates exciting GameFi and SocialFi elements, users are rewarded tokens for riding electric vehicles, incentivizing global EV adoption and decarbonization.
Furthermore, we aim to reduce the “tedium” and “chore” like nature of commuting to and from work every day with our GameFi and SocialFi elements.
We are set apart by our business’s convergence of web3 with the physical world. While other move-to-earns are pure GameFi’s without physical substance, our long-term success is improved by our patented physical blockchain e-motorbikes and APIs. Our ecosystem is backed by physical vehicle sales and API sales which allow users to link their APPs to the vehicle battery management systems. Furthermore, we are able to access valuable data with the most costly IoT product that consumers own, vehicles. This allows us to constantly innovate and improve, and also helps the industry and many complementary industries to advance as a whole. This data also allows us to accurately calculate the carbon offsets of our users, which will be audited and will be used to generate carbon credits from governments around the world. This makes carbon credit trading a part of our business model as we create shared value as opposed to just doing it for CSR like our competitors.
In the short term, we aim to first develop our community globally, reaching any users who ride any vehicle, EV or not. In the mid-term, as our global communities grow, we aim to leverage our network effects and develop our SocialFi features, enabling things such as competitions, on a global scale. In the mid-long term, we seek to release our own patented blockchain e-motorcycles and vehicle manufacturer APIs, which allow our users to seamlessly connect their APPs with these vehicles. User experience reaches new heights, as we innovate and converge web3 with the physical world and physical world utility.
