Palácio Reriz is a historic building located in Praça da República (former Passeio da Rainha D. Amélia) in São Pedro do Sul.

It has been classified as a Property of Public Interest since 1977.

It was built in the first half of the 18th century by Diogo Francisco de Almeida de Azevedo e Vasconcelos, Lord of Quinta do testament in Reriz, and has since become the main residence of the family. It is a building of great volume, of unusual dimensions in Beira manor houses, which stands out for its sobriety.

The main façade has, on the main floor, four torn windows, with a rectangular opening, dominated by broken pediments and protected by balconies. The entrance door is surmounted by a broken, undulating pediment with overlapping branches, in the middle of which is the family coat of arms - the full coat of arms of Almeida. The coat of arms was placed long after the construction of the palace by the 1st Marquis of Reriz, great-great-grandson of the nobleman who ordered the construction of the palace.

The side façade, facing Rua Direita (which for some time was called Rua Marquês de Reriz) has nine windows similar to those on the main façade. The architectural complex is classified as Heritage by IPPAR. The outer walls of the palace are 1.20 meters thick, while the inner walls are 90 cm thick.

It was here that Queen Amélia of Orléans stayed with her family and servants during her stays at Termas de São Pedro do Sul. The queen, and almost all of the aristocracy and upper bourgeoisie, frequented the spa, which, at the time, was one of the most famous meeting places for Portuguese high society. Since it would be too expensive to build a palace there in which she could reside, the queen stayed at the Visconde de Reriz Palace. For his services, the Viscount saw his title elevated to Count and, later, to Marquis.

Currently, the owner is D. Diogo Cristóvão de Castro de Almeida e Vasconcelos, current representative of the family and the title of Marquês de Reriz, Lord of Quinta do testament, located in Reriz.
