Royalties on Magically

Royalties are the most crucial and unique part of the NFT ecosystem. Royalties / Creator fees were introduced by OpenSea and played a significant role in driving more creators to NFTs.

We have a strong "For Royalty" stance for Magically but we will still support and aggregate all marketplaces that choose to go the other way.

Royalty support is yet to be implemented on Magically and hence they won't be available for a short while after the initial release.

$Magically and Airdrops

Magically Marketplace will launch with one of the biggest token airdrops. The majority of the Magically Tokens will be airdropped to the community and supporters of the platform.

This is to ensure all supporters of the marketplace get a chance to be the primary holders of the $Magically.

Airdrops, Allocations, and Eligibility

• 🟢 Community Airdrop 1 (Live): Wallets that have actively traded in the last 8 months are eligible for this airdrop. These crates are claimable until 10th February. You can reveal your crates from 5th February onwards. Maintain a high listing and loyalty score during the first week for a higher chance of revealing a rare or legendary crate.

• 🟢 Community Airdrop 2 (Live): Activates late January and accounts for Loyalty and Listing points metrics.

• 🟡 Community Airdrop 3: Activated in February. Last and the biggest $magically airdrop. Make sure to maintain high Loyalty and Listing points to be eligible for this airdrop.

• 🟡 Staking Rewards: An allocation of $magically will be earned by staking $magically token.

• 🟡 Trading Rewards: After the launch of $magically, Trading Rewards will kick in. All trades made via Magically will earn $magically.

• 🟢 Weekly Achievements (Live): You can complete weekly achievements to earn additional crates.

• 🟡 AlphaSharksNFT Airdrop: Staked AlphaSharks NFT tokens will be eligible for an additional $magically airdrop. The amount of total $Shark earned plays a major role in this airdrop. If you hold AlphaSharks, make sure they are staked and earning $Shark.

• 🟢 Exclusive Partner Airdrop: This airdrop is available to all Magically partners and claimable until 24 hours from Magically launch. Holding a partner NFT grants you an additional Magic Crate. Max crates are limited to 5 per wallet. Snapshots for these crates were taken 6 hours prior to the marketplace launch. This airdrop can be terminated in case the partnership is canceled before the $magically launch.

• 🟡 Exclusive Partner Airdrop 2: An allocation of $magically will be claimable by partnered projects based on the support of the platform.

• 🟡 Upcoming Collections: Our upcoming collections are also allocated $magically.

• 🟡 Developers: A percentage of tokens are allocated to the development team. These tokens will be released in 4 phases, 90 days apart from each other starting after the $magically launch.

• 🟡 Team Allocation: A percentage of the tokens are allocated to the core Magically team. These tokens will be released in 4 phases, 90 days apart from each other starting after the $magically launch.

• 🟢 Ambassador Rewards: An allocation of $magically is available for active promoters of the Magically marketplace. You can learn more about this program here

• 🟢 Marketing Supply: An additional supply of $magically has been allocated for upcoming marketing campaigns.

🟢 Airdrop 1

Airdrop 1 is claimable until 10th February, this is the first airdrop available for all the wallets that have traded on any marketplace within the last 8 months. This includes trades made on OpenSea, LooksRare, X2Y2, Blur, Rarible, and SudoSwap.

The rewards have been filtered by our wash trade filters. (We are confident to have eliminated the majority of all wash trades.

We reserve rights to adjust this airdrop until 9th February in case we discover any type of wash trades which might have gone undetected.)

🟢 Exclusive Partner Crates

This airdrop is available to all Magically partners and claimable until 24 hours from Magically launch. Holding a partner NFT grants you an additional Magic Crate. Max crates are limited to 5 per wallet. Snapshots for these crates were taken 6 hours prior to the marketplace launch.

These airdrops are terminated in case the partnership ends before the $Magically launch.

🟢 Promotional Crates

All wallets can claim an additional crate by promoting Magically on Twitter. This is only claimable for 24 hours of Magically launch.

🟢 AlphaSharksNFT Legendary Crates

All staked AlphaSharksNFT will be rewarded a Legendary Crate. These will be added to all eligible wallets along with Airdrop 3.

Make sure your Sharks are staked to be eligible for this airdrop and receive a larger AlphaShaks exclusive airdrop when $magically launches.

🟢 First 10,000 Crates

First 10,000 wallets to claim their airdrops will be rewarded with an additional crate.

Revealing Crates

You'll be able to reveal the crates after 5th February. After revealing, the magic crates can turn out to be one of the three types.

1. Uncommon

2. Rare

3. Legendary

Legendary and Rare crates contain significantly more $magically.

You can increase the chances of getting a Legendary or Rare crate by maintaining high Loyalty, and Listing scores, and completing 3 Weekly achievements during the first week.

Magically Crates can be claimed until 10th February, any unrevealed crates after this date will be terminated automatically.

🟢 Airdrop 2

Airdrop 2 is live and being calculated. Your winnings will be revealed in February. This airdrop is rewarded based on your activity on the Magically marketplace. The more actively you trade, the more you win. Here's what you can do to ensure a larger Airdrop 2.

1. Use Magically as your primary trading platform

2. Maintain a high Listing score by listing better deals on Magically

3. Complete 3 weekly achievements every week

4. Maintain a 95% Loyalty Score

🟡 Airdrop 3

Airdrop 3 will be launched in late February 2023. It'll be the biggest and the last airdrop, here's what you can do to prepare yourself for it.

1. Maintaining a High Loyalty score is key for a bigger airdrop 3. You can do this by using Magically as your primary marketplace for listing and buying NFTs. (Learn more)

2. Promote Magically on Twitter, you may become eligible for the marketing supply airdrop.

3. Try to complete at least 3 weekly achievements.

4. Accumulate listing points by creating top 100 by price listings for trending collections.

🟢 Weekly Achievements

Weekly achievements are simple goals that you can complete to earn additional rewards. Completing these tasks also plays a role in getting a bigger airdrop 2 and 3.

Try to complete at least 3 achievements weekly for all the benefits to come.

Listing and Loyalty Score!

Listing and Loyalty scores play a key role in all Magically Airdrops. You can learn more about both of them below.

What is Listing Score?

Listing Score is earned by listing Tokens on Magically. While the exact calculation of this metric is not revealed, here are some points to consider.

1. Listing active / trending collections earns more Listing scores.

2. Maintaining listings in the top 100 by price earns more Listing scores. Closer to the floor the listing is priced, the more score it accumulates over time.

3. Listing Score will be revealed in February and will account for all historic listings since the launch of Magically.

4. The listing score only accounts for ERC721 collections.

5. We have anti-spam measures in place to detect unusual activities. This includes constantly listing spam collections or listing tokens for usually high prices. This will not earn any listing score and may also negatively affect the score in a few cases.

This is a hidden metric only used by our backend systems to calculate Airdrops. While this is said, we show you how your listing score stands against other users (Low, Good, Excellent, Top 1%)

Just trade as you normally would, buy and sell tokens on Magically and you'll be fine.

Listing score plays essential role in all Airdrops.

1. Airdrop 1: Enhanced chances of revealing a Rare or Legendary.

2. Airdrop 2: Larger Airdrop 2 for higher listing score.

3. Airdrop 3: Eligibility for higher tiers of Airdrop 3.

What is Loyalty Score?

Loyalty Score is a metric on Magically that represents your Loyalty to the platform. Loyalty is calculated based on listings and trades you make via Magically vs other trading platforms. All trades and cheapest listings maintained on Magically mean a 100% Loyalty Rating.

You can ensure your Loyalty Score stays its highest by simply using Magically as your primary trading platform. We track listings across all marketplaces including, Opensea, LooksRare, X2Y2, and Blur. If you are listing tokens on other marketplaces, make sure they are listed for the same price or higher to ensure you main your Loyalty score.

Some additional pointers to keep in mind

1. The loyalty Score starts getting calculated after you claim your first Airdrop.

2. It resets every week, prior weeks’ Loyalty is saved and is a part of the Airdrop 2 calculation.

3. A loyalty Score above 96% is considered perfect.

4. You maintain 100% loyalty by holding and staking an Alphasharks NFT.
