A New York Minute

To me, NYC has always been a symbol of something bigger.

Tried and true, this city is a product of what it’s been through - a compound collection of generations and geographies, successes and failures, new beginnings and battle wounds. A beautiful disaster, rooted in reality - always a fighter, but never immune.

Eye on the prize, we give it our best shot to make it here. We pay our dues in $/sq ft, sacrificed sleep, and overpriced drinks. We quickly learn how a crowded place can feel alone - and crutch on the city’s chaos to cope with our own.

But NYC never lets us stay stuck. Its gravity keeps us going - and its grind keeps us grounded. It’s the dark days and sleepless nights that help us find our light - and remind us the future is bright.

We overcome the fear of the unknown and being alone when we see it as an opportunity to change course. A chance to lay a new cornerstone and build a lasting foundation of our own. Empowered by each other and together, stronger than ever.

In a New York minute, everything can change;
and we never came to stay the same.
