Bridge ETH to Linea Mainnet.
Option 1: via the Metamask bridge
Option 2: use Jumper Exchange and bridge from any L2 to Linea
Option 3: simply send ETH from mainnet to address: onlinea.eth in your wallet and ETH will re-appear on Linea within ~5 min. This option is officially supported by Linea
Option 4:
The onboarding process is straightforward: just follow the steps! Some things to care about:
Wallet. We’ve implemented a noncustodial wallet solution — you don’t need to import yours, just create a new one! If you only see an "import" option, it means you have registered before. Try using a fresh/new e-mail address to re-register.
PWR. It’s the main in-game token which you spend in fights etc. Purchase some with Linea ETH to start the game — the more, the better for your strength and multipliers.
Keys. Buy your own key to lock a portion of your profits for yourself or look for other popular keys on the leaderboard! More on the keys mechanic below.
Boss raids
The key task in the game is to complete boss missions you can find in the Missions tab. In order to do a boss mission, just click on it and wait for the animation to end. This will give you regular rewards.
After entering a raid, you spend a certain amount of PWR equal to your strength — if the raid is lost, you lose the PWR, otherwise you get fMEMEFI rewards.
Although the results are based on probabilities, in general, you’ll perform well enough to recoup the ETH fast. The winning probability depends on how your strength stands against your boss’. Strength is a fixed percentage of your maximum historical balance (like 5%, for example).
Clan raids
Next venue in the line is clan missions. As a member of a clan, you have the right and obligation to enter clan raids where you have a chance to loot another clan’s rewards!
On entry, you commit a certain amount of PWR. Together with other clan members, you need to push PWR to the amount your memelord had set before. If successful, a clan raid is initiated. If failed, the PWR is lost.
After the start of the raid, the probability is determined on how your clan’s strength stacks up against the other clan’s strength.
Keys
Keys are an advanced but a vital part of the game, which can really boost your rewards!
A player’s profits are always divided between their keyholders. So, if you get 100 $fMEMEFI in profits (not rewards, just profits) and there are 10 of your keys in circulation, each key “gets” 10 $fMEMEFI.
You can purchase other players’ keys and get yield from them, that is, rewards from the missions THEY complete! In turn, the key issuer (the person whose keys you bought) gets key trading commission fees in keys.
The prices of keys change according to a quadratic bonding curve (they change fast with each purchase).
Rewards
Rewards are paid out in $fMEMEFi.
What is $fMEMEFI?
$fMEMEFIÂ is a temporary reward token.
Rewards are paid out only on the third day after mission completion.
Points
We’re opening Season 1 of MemeFi points tomorrow. These points show your contribution to the ecosystem, which will be converted to $MEMEFI.
