Today, we announced our inaugural core collection co-created with generative artist Harm van den Dorpel and art collectors Fingerprints DAO. The following countries are allowed to participate in the upcoming Dutch auction hosted by Fingerprints DAO: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Cyprus, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States. This will be ensured through an IP lookup. 

We want to provide collectors with the appropriate context on the reasons for this decision.

Being collectors ourselves, we understand that some collectors may feel frustrated by this limitation. Unfortunately, regulations and taxation require different solutions in individual countries, and frameworks for the regulation of crypto and blockchain-based digital objects are still being developed in most countries globally. 

With the creative studio 0xNXT, we are building a sustainable business and therefore take compliance very seriously. However, this creates additional effort for each country in which minting is available. Our goal is to monitor evolving developments in all covered countries and will always aim to find a balance between making our digital objects accessible to as many people as possible while acting fully in compliance with respective regulations in the markets.

We are actively working on adding more countries to the list for future activities.
