ZetaChain Testnet Guide

Introduction
ZetaChain(Twitter: https://twitter.com/zetablockchain) is Layer 1 blockchain built using the Cosmos SDK. ZetaChain’s goal is to be omnichain dApps, which supports multiple networks (L1 blockchains like Ethereum and BSC and Layer 2 solutions like Polygon and Optimism).

Rules

You can earn ZETA Point by Swapping, Inviting new members, and Reporting issues. The following table shows how many points you can earn by each task.

Guide
Getting Started:

In this beta-test, we use Goerli testnet, Polygon Mumbai, and BSC Testnet, so get each gas token from the following:

Goerli ETH: https://goerlifaucet.com/

MATIC: https://faucet.polygon.technology/

BNB: https://testnet.binance.org/faucet-smart

Step 1:

Connect wallet and claim faucet

Head to https://labs.zetachain.com. When Twitter verification pop-up appears, click “Verify with Twitter”. Note that your Twitter account must be over 1 month old.

We then select the wallet to connect, MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet. When the wallet is connected properly, click “Request Assets” to claim Testnet ZETA.

Remember when error occurs and cannot receive ZETA, go to ZetaChain Discord(https://discord.com/invite/NKAUn7d5vX). You can also claim faucet there.

Step 2:

Confirm Wallet

Go to Leaderboard page and click “Confirm Wallet” to be qualified as test user.

Step 3:

Now we go to swap. Swap any asset to any other asset. You can follow the gif below quoted from https://blog.zetachain.com/announcing-zetalabs-1ab832adf86.

That’s it for the guide. Ask at ZetaChain Discord if you have any questions.

Thank for you spending time here, good luck everyone!
