At the end of the last TownHall, notes and an Action Plan were posted into the Embassy with the heading "#TownHall Notes - [DATE]" Read these out and discuss if pending or resolved with corresponding members.
🌿 Training Park: Experienced Members or Leads take an 8 minute slot to bestow useful information or gems of wisdom to the group.
🔥 The Round Table: Member’s 3-minute questions (or statements), prompting responses from other members who can raise a hand and have 5 minutes to respond.
💫 Summary: Final thoughts from experienced Managers. Action Plan (scribe!). What's working/not working. Suggestions from the team.
