概要

UNITED NEKO ALLIANCEは、NFTおよびWeb3テクノロジーを利用して、日本のクリエーター、アーティスト、職人、サービス/体験提供者とグローバルなファンコミュニティを繋げます。これはこれまで可能でなかったユニークで楽しい方法です。

私たちのミッションの重要な部分は、日本を超えて世界進出を望む日本のNFTプロジェクトをサポートし、NFT/Web3と日本を愛する世界中の人々とのコミュニティが日本のプロジェクトに関する情報をより良い流れで得られるようにすることです。

UNITED NEKO ALLIANCEはただのNFTプロジェクトではありません。私たちはコミュニティ、プロジェクト、クリエーター、そして協力者の同盟です。私たちのミッションに賛同するだけで誰でも参加することができます。私たちは、日本の他のNFTコミュニティと効果的に連携し、より広範なグローバルコミュニティに効果的にアプローチすることで、日本のNFTアーティスト、クリエーター、プロジェクトがより認知され、日本のプロジェクトのレベルが向上し、日本がNFT/Web3活動の重要なハブとして確立されると信じています。

これらの理想を示すために、UNITED NEKO ALLIANCEのジェネシスとなるNFTコレクションはコラボレーターが作成したNFTアートで構成されることに決定しました。この最初のコレクションは、最大1000個未満のNFTで構成されます。このコレクションは、すべてのUNITED NEKO ALLIANCE NFTコレクションにおける（最高レベルのアクセスと特典と収集性）となるでしょう。

**このNFT作品は、**数週間かけて、ローリングミントと呼ばれる手法で、小ロットずつリリースされます。このミントとプロジェクト全体は、まねきNEKOの集団を助けるという、現在進行中のストーリーと密接に結びついています。このストーリーを通じて、私たちのコミュニティを巻き込みながら、楽しく興味深い方法でコラボレーターを紹介することができます。

コラボレーターへのガイドライン

コラボレーションの概要

• 各アーティストは9つのNFTを作成し、コレクションの総数は1,000個未満のNFTになります

• アートは独自な1of1、いくつかの作品のバリエーション、あるいは作品への一部であっても良い

• 9つの作品のうち、6つは一緒にミントされ、3つは後のフィナーレミントのために保存されます

• フィナーレミントは、1つのコラボにつき、残り3つの作品をすべて１回のドロップでお届けします

• 報酬の代わりに、各アーティストのウォレットには、2つのNFTがエアドロップされます

• 1つ目は、最初の6個がミントされるときにランダムに選ばれた、アーティスト自身の作品のうちの1つです

• 2つ目は、フィナーレのドロップでランダムに選ばれます（これは、他のアーティストのNFTである可能性が高いです）

• 作品の知的財産権はアーティストが保持しますが、UNITED NEKO ALLIANCEはこの作品の使用権を自由に使えます

• 作品の全ての権利はアーティストによって保持されます。 UNITED NEKO ALLIANCEは、その作品をジェネシス·コレクションのNFTとして発行·販売し、プロジェクト関連のウェブサイト、ドキュメント、オンラインおよびオフラインのメディア、プロモーションで使用します。商品の販売条件については、アーティストと別途話し合います。

アーティストと、そのコミュニティーのメリット

• すべてのアーティストは、コラボレーターとしてUNITED NEKO ALLIANCEのTwitterスペースで紹介されることになります

• UNITED NEKO ALLIANCEは、コラボレーターのプロモーションを行い、新しい人々にアートを知ってもらい、可能な限り、アーティストの他のプロジェクトにおけるホルダーになってもらうことを目指します

• 今後、コラボレーションアーティストのプロモーションや、タイアップを行う予定です

アートガイドライン - 一般

• 2Dイラストスタイル（ピクセルアートはOKですが、フォトリアル、3D、AIアートはNGです）

• 猫、また何かの形でUNITED NEKO ALLIANCEプロジェクトに関連した作品であること

• プロジェクト全体に一貫性を持たせるために、アーティストはあらかじめ設定された背景色から選択します

• 可能であれば、背景を別レイヤーとした、ベクターファイルで納品してください

• 背景のない2000×2000ピクセル以上の透過PNGファイルでアートを納品することも可能です（その場合は背景色リストの番号を指定してください）

• 9つの作品の背景は、同じ背景でも、別々の背景でも選択可能です

• 9つのデザインは、全く異なるものでも、1つまたは複数の作品のバリエーション（色違いなど）でも可能です

• 色調はアーティストが選択しますが、選択した背景色に合うようにしてください

• アートは、以下の3つのスタイルから1つを選んでください

アートガイドライン - スタイル#1 （1of1グレイル）

• 1of1グレイルは、限定数のみ作成されます（目標数は27作品以下です）

• 1of1グレイルを作りたい方はご相談ください

• アーティスト1人につき最大1個のグレイルとなります

• グレイルはカスタムバックグラウンドが必要になります

• グレイルは、他の8つの作品とは全く異なる存在であることを示す必要があります

アートガイドライン - スタイル#2（通常のPFP - プロフィールアイコン用画像）

• ·キャラクターの上半身のみを切り取ったものが推奨されます

• 全身、またはほぼ全身（例：足のみが切れている）でも可

• 猫や、猫に関連するものでない場合は、私たちのアイコン（ロゴなど）を含むこと

• 基本的に自由ですが、その他のアイデアに関してはご相談ください

アートガイドライン - スタイル#3（部分アート）

• アクセサリーアイテムや持ち物の作成

• 身につけるもの（帽子、衣服、ロゴやアートTシャツ、その他衣類など）

• シーンの中で組み合わされるキャラクターやアイテムなど

• 部分アートの場合は私たちのアーティストとコラボになり、私たちのアーティストとコラボアーティストの双方が1つのNFTを受け取ります

• キャラクターの上半身のみを切り取ったものが推奨されます

Genesis Collection - Call For Collaboration

Overview

UNITED NEKO ALLIANCE uses NFTs and Web3 technology to connect a global community of fans to Japan-based creators, artists, artisans, and service / experience providers in fun and unique ways not possible until now.

An important part of our mission is supporting Japan NFT projects that want to expand beyond Japan, and helping the global community of people that love NFTs/Web3 & love Japan to get a better flow of information about projects in Japan.

UNITED NEKO ALLIANCE is more than just another NFT project. We are an alliance of communities, projects, creators and collaborators. Anyone can join just by being aligned with our mission. We believe that the more we can coordinate with other NFT communities in Japan to effectively reach the broader global community, the more that will help all the NFT artists, creators and projects of Japan get more recognition, help raise the level of Japan-based projects, and help establish Japan as an important hub of NFT / Web3 activity.

To showcase these ideals, we have decided that our genesis NFT collection, will consist primarily of NFT art created by our collaborators. This initial collection will consist of less than 1,000 NFTs, and will be the cornerstone (with the highest level of access and perks and collectibility) of all UNITED NEKO ALLIANCE NFT collections.

The Genesis Collection NFTs will be released as small batches in a rolling mint over a number of weeks. The mint and overall project will be tied closely to an ongoing story about helping a group of Maneki NEKO. The story lets us engage our community and allows us to introduce them to our collaborators in fun and interesting ways.

Guidelines for Collaborators

Overview of Collaboration

• Each artist will make 9 NFTs and the total number in the collection will be less than 1,000 NFTs

• The Art can be unique 1of1s, variations of one or more pieces, or even a contribution to a piece

• Of the 9 pieces, 6 will be minted together and 3 will be saved for a later mint

• The finale mint will be all of the remaining 3 pieces per collaborator in one drop.

• In lieu of compensation, each artist will receive two NFTs airdropped to their wallet.

• The first will be one of their own pieces randomly selected when the first batch of 6 are minted.

• The second will be randomly selected in the final drop (very likely an NFT by another artist)

• All rights for the art will be retained by the artists.  UNITED NEKO ALLIANCE receives permission to issue and sell the art as NFTs in the Genesis Collection, and to use the art in project related website, documents, online & offline media and promotion. Any terms for sale of merchandise will be discussed separately with the artist.

• NFT holders will be allowed to publicly display their NFT, but not commercialize it in any way.

Benefits to Artists and Their Communities

• Every artist will get featured on NEKO Spaces as a collaborator.

• UNITED NEKO ALLIANCE will promote all of the collaborators and encourage new people to learn about their art and hopefully even become holders of the Artist’s other projects.

• Future promotions and tie ups with Collaborator artists.

Art Guidelines - General

• 2D illustration style (pixel art is OK, but not photo realistic, 3D or AI Art)

• Should be a cat or tie to the UNITED NEKO ALLIANCE project somehow

• As one way to add some consistency across the project, artists will choose from pre-defined background colors

• If possible, art should be delivered as a vector file with background as a separate layer

• It’s also possible to deliver art as a 2k x 2k pixel (or larger) transparent png with no background (just bg # specified)

• Artist can choose same background or multiple backgrounds for their nine pieces

• 9 designs can be completely different or variations on one or more pieces (different colors, etc)

• Colorway chosen by artist, but should fit with the background color(s) they choose from our pre-defined set of backgrounds.

• Choose one of three Styles below for the art.

Art Guidelines - Style #1 (1of1 Grail)

• Only a limited number of 1of1 Grails will be included (target # is 27)

• Please discuss if you would like to make a 1of1 Grail

• Max 1 Grail per artist

• Grails should have a custom background

• Grails should stand out as quite different from other 8 pieces

Art Guidelines - Style #2 (regular PFP)

• Character clipped to show upper body only is preferred

• Full body or mostly full body (ie: feet clipped) is also OK

• If not cat or cat related then should include some of our iconography (Logo, etc)

• Flexible, but for other ideas lets discuss

Art Guidelines - Style #3 (partial art)

• Create accessory item or something held

• Something worn (hat, clothing, or art / logo etc on T-shirt or other clothing)

• Character or item combined in the scene

• Please discuss with us - we will match up with our in-house artist.

• In the case of partial art, the in-house artist and collab artist will each receive one NFT.

Art Guidelines - About PFPs

• Basically the collection is intended to be usable as PFPs

• Therefore, the following are recommended, but not required

• Fewer strokes and bolder strokes are better

• Good contrast with background

• Artist pieces should be uniquely identifiable when used as a Twitter icon
