Imagine a week-long gathering that brings together brilliant minds from all over the world to create, innovate, and share ideas about the future of Web3. That’s what happened during ETHDenver’s BUIDL week in February 2023.

Next.ID had the pleasure of participating in ETHDenver’s BUIDL week, where we co-hosted the Web3 Social House event alongside other innovative projects, to name a few: Mask Network, ChainBase, Firefly, and Collab.Land. Web3 Social House provided a platform for developers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to connect, discuss, and collaborate on the future of Web3, shaping a decentralized, secure, and user-centric internet.

As one of the co-hosts, we showcased our product and engaged in educational sessions, panel discussions, and presentations about Web3 Social, DIDs, security, data, and smart contract wallets. The event itself was a success and led to valuable connections with projects such as Disco.xyz, Spruce.ID, Axelar, OrangeDAO, etc., and fruitful discussions with venture capital firms.

One key takeaway was the growing demand for DAOs to sign in with wallets from multiple chains and the ability to prove assets from wallets. We are actively exploring collaboration opportunities to enhance private binding, credential verification, and wallet integration, which will contribute to a more secure and decentralized Web3 ecosystem.

Another focus of ours includes refining the identity graph as a product for existing and potential customers, completing private binding and encryption key, device/subkey, and Avatar recovery, and potentially porting identity graphs to a blockchain with external collaborators.

The Web3 Social House event was an excellent opportunity for Next.ID to gain insights, collaborate with like-minded individuals, and showcase our commitment to contribute to the DID space.
