Today it’s the 6th day of our Noggles experiment. 🎉
A lot has happened during these days and much more will happen later this week.
That’s why this morning I took some time to share with you an intro about this experiment.

WTF is Noggles (NOGS)
Noggles is a nounish currency built on top of ⌐◨-◨ proliferation.
Usually currencies are launched through presales or through a liquidity pool.
Noggles is the first experiment of a currency that can be earned through proliferation and building activities.
The mission of Noggles is to connect the entire nounish culture under a currency based on collective building and a decentralized ecosystem fund.

To be able to effectively track proliferation we integrated Noggles into the nounish identity infrastructure the NNS is creating.
The combination of proliferation, identity and reward makes up what we call Social Staking.
Social Staking and Proliferators Nodes
Social Staking is a system that allows users to be rewarded with NOGS if they meet the following criteria:

They own at least 1 NNS

They add .⌐◨-◨ in their Twitter name
Normally, you can decide if passively own BTC, ETH or any other crypto, or support the network creating a node.
It works the same with NOGS, but with a completely readapted proliferation approach.
You can passively own your NNS domain or you can support the nounish proliferation becoming a Proliferator Node.
50% of the entire supply of Noggles will rely on this dynamic.
Inclusivity starting from the nouniverse
The global journey of Noggles had to start from the nouniverse.
And we wanted this inclusion to be entirely free.
To do this, in addition to the custom NNS names claimable on nns.xyz we created the Nounish Club:
An exclusive club reserved to the holders of the numbers from 0 to 9999.
Fully distributed across the nouniverse. Free of charge.
- 0-999 numbers are reserved to Nouns holders and will grant significantly higher rewards.
- 1000-9999 numbers are reserved to users who interacted in the most active nounish communities or who are holders of other projects that embrace the nounish culture.
This will potentially allow every single user of the nouniverse to join and interact with the Noggles ecosystem.
These 10.000 users will be the core of everything Noggles will become.
Social staking will be available for Nounish Club numbers in the next 2-3 days, which is when the current documentation will be updated as well.
