Welcome to DarkNOUNs, a CC0 NFT collection inspired by the NounsDAO ecosystem. By minting, purchasing, or interacting with DarkNOUNs NFTs, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the project.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

DarkNOUNs is a Creative Commons Zero (CC0) project, meaning all artwork, traits, and lore associated with the collection are in the public domain. As a holder, you are free to use, modify, and distribute the artwork without restriction.

3. Purchase Terms

• DarkNOUNs NFTs are available for minting on the Base network through OpenSea.

• All purchases are final. There are no refunds, reversals, or guarantees of future value.

• Mint prices and fees are subject to change based on network conditions and market demand.

• Users must ensure they are interacting with the correct contract address to avoid scams or fraudulent sites.

4. Utility & Benefits

• Some honorary DarkNOUNs come with additional NFTs or Base ecosystem tokens as prizes.

• Additional rewards, airdrops, or perks may be distributed post-mint at the project’s discretion.

• The project does not guarantee future utility, value appreciation, or ongoing development beyond the initial drop.

5. Limitation of Liability

• DarkNOUNs is not responsible for any financial losses, gas fees, or transaction failures that may occur during the minting or secondary sales process.

• Users assume all risks related to the use of smart contracts, including but not limited to vulnerabilities, exploits, or technological failures.

• DarkNOUNs does not provide financial or investment advice. Participation in NFT markets carries inherent risks.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in a jurisdiction to be determined by the project team.
