Step-by-Step Walkthrough - get your project noticed

1) Sign In & explore

Sign in directly at Cosmoverse.OmniFlix.co to explore the ad options offered by AdX Sponsor Portal.

2) Navigate to the Ads Tab

Click on your account drop-down to the top right corner and navigate to the Ads tab.

Here, on the Ads tab you can browse through a variety of ad slots available over the 3-day Cosmoverse event.

3) Select your Ad Type

On the 3-day Cosmoverse event, choose the ad style that resonates with your project. You'll see available and booked slots, and you can easily add your picks to the cart.

Ad Types explained:

a) Overlay Ads

• Appear during live sessions

• Use animated images for impact

• Available in 5 and 10-second slots

• Cost: $25 and $50 respectively

b) Video Ads

• Roll out after each session

• Perfect for longer messages

• 10-second duration

• Cost: $100 per slot

4) Add to Cart

Once you’ve made your choice, add the selected ad slots to your cart.

5) Complete the transaction

Confirm your selections and proceed to make the payment using Stripe (fiat) or ATOM directly on the portal

6) Download your invoice

After the purchase, you can download your invoice from the pop-up or go to the Orders tab and check for the sub-tab Slots if you closed this pop-up.

7) View your Ad Slots

View all your Ads by clicking on the My Ad Slots tab

8) Upload Media Files

Navigate to the 'My Ad Slots' tab on the portal. There, select the ad slot you'd like to populate with media. Click on the 'Select Files' button to upload your assets. Ensure that each file adheres to the specifications outlined below for a flawless ad experience.

Overlay Ads Slot:

• 5 sec Overlay

  • Format: PNG

  • Resolution: Your logo (wordmark + icon preferably) with the dimensions 300px (Width) x 100px (Height)

  • Max File Size: 10 MB

• 10 sec Overlay

  • Format: PNG

  • Resolution: Your logo (wordmark + icon preferably) with the dimensions 300px (Width) x 100px (Height)

  • Max File Size: 10 MB

Video Ad Slot:

• Duration : 10 seconds

• Format: MP4 (no audio)

• Resolution: 1920px (Width) x 1080px (Height)

• Max File Size: 50 MB

• Bit-rate : can be between 2-6Mbps

9) Your Part is Done: What's Next?

You've successfully uploaded your media, and a "Successfully Uploaded" prompt has appeared at the bottom left of your screen. With this, you've completed your role in the setup.

10) Ad Moderation / Review

The Cosmoverse Media Team will review each submission to ensure it meets required standards. You'll receive an email confirmation once approved.

And worry not—if for some reason your ad isn't up to snuff, you'll receive a full refund.
