3) Governance
3.1) Proposal #16 Rejected: No Expansion of Validator Set to Include 5 Additional OmniFlix Contributors
In our most recent community vote, with a voter turnout of 74.9%, Proposal #16 was put forth to expand the active validator set on the OmniFlix network from 75 to 80. The proposal aimed to incorporate the following OmniFlix validators who have notably contributed to testnets, and offered various endpoints and analytical tools:

The proposal failed to secure majority approval, with 49.5% voting 'No'. Consequently, the status quo remains, keeping the active validator set at 75.
It's noteworthy that a similar proposal, Proposal #14, also failed to win majority support in a previous vote. We appreciate the community's continued engagement and extend our thanks to these validators for their contributions. Continued dialogue about the network's future remains a priority.
Below are governance proposals that were voted on by the OmniFlix Network validator as a part of the operations while validating the below chains/networks.

3b) Akash
- Voted Yes - 231
3c) Stargaze
- Voted Yes - 218 & 219
There were proposals from Osmosis & Stargaze that we missed voting. We will be streamlining operations even more from a governance standpoint.
