Flix Fam, gear up for an exciting journey through the latest and greatest in Community Update #69! With groundbreaking news you won't want to miss, it's time to dive deep into the ever-expanding Flixverse.

1) Protocol Engineering

  • From a protocol engineering standpoint, due to an important partner related work, the development of the same has taken a backseat. Last week was mostly involved in planning for September and was focused on the development for the partnership.
NOTE: More details on the partnership will be shared in subsequent days/weeks.

2) Application Engineering

  • Contributors have been focused on the development of OmniFlix TV (v1) being released on September 11th. Early access will be available to community members that hold specific NFT collections.

  • Contributors have been focused on the development of the app for an upcoming partnership. This partnership involves a publishing platform which owns an IP and a web3 community is being built around the IP.

A difference between the above image and the below image is the ability for videos to present NOT only text based options / interactions but also interactions that combine text & images.

These interactions differ based on the total characters of text entered. Creators will have clear information and indication right on OmniFlix Studio to help them create better interactions.

Below are governance proposals that were voted on by the OmniFlix Network validator as a part of the operations while validating the below chains/networks.

3b) Akash

  • Voted Yes - 228

There were proposals from Comdex & Osmosis chain that we missed voting. We will be streamlining operations even more from a governance standpoint.
