Scheduled Gating allows you to set a specific time period during which only NFT holders or whitelisted users can engage with your videos or interactions. After the gated period ends, the content becomes accessible to everyone.

How to set up Scheduled Gating

1) Publish a video

Follow the steps in the linked walkthroughs to publish your video (VOD style) or make it an interactive video

2) Setup gating of the video or interactions

You can gate content/video or interactions and do it in two ways.

1. Gate with an existing NFT Collection - When you come to the publishing page, toggle on Gated and select collections to gate this video with.

2. Gate with specific accounts - Or, you can also add OmniFlix account/wallet addresses you want to make eligible for viewing.

3. Additional ways of gating i.e. Stake-based and more are being worked on. If you have a specific request, do not hesitate to ping us in our communities on Telegram/Discord.

3) Select end time for gating the content (i.e. time that you publish on YouTube or X)

Select the time until which the video or interactions will remain gated. After that, gating ends and the gates are open 🌊 for everyone to access the video/interactions.

4) Sit back & experience the symphony!

Once the time period ends, the video or interactions will automatically be available to everyone. You can plan to launch it simultaneously on other channels like YouTube or X.
