Discord Moderator Requirement

NFT projects want to effectively have a userbase and a strong community and the best way to form one is to run some social media campaign and employ diligent and effective discord moderators who are passionate about the projects and are able to transmit with style and panache the aim of the projects alongside the concerns of the community members, project administrator teams are looking for passionate and highly creative Community Managers to lead the development and expansion of their web3 community.

The Community Manager will be the individual responsible for communicating and developing an intimate relationship with our community. By developing a significant understanding of our web3 products, a successful Community Manager will educate and excite both existing and new community members through clear and thoughtful dialogue.

This position requires close collaboration with the production and marketing teams.,

Responsibilities
Build, grow and manage the community primarily on Discord.
Keep up to date with new technologies in the Blockchain, Defi, and NFT space.
Engage daily with community members on both Discord to understand community sentiment and collect feedback to share with the wider team.
Leading brainstorming sessions with creative, community, and marketing teams.
Coordinate with the product and marketing teams, to establish a regular cadence of announcements, promotions and giveaways.
Set goals for, track and report on community-related metrics ensuring upwards visibility as well as helping inform on metrics’ significance.
Schedule, manage and promote Twitter Spaces and other live events on Discord.
Develop relationships with community managers from other communities.

Experience:
Confident understanding and experience in the NFT space
Understanding of what NFT utility means to you and the communities
Experience with community building, specifically Discord and Telegram
Appreciation and understanding of the creative and design space
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate with design and development teams
Critical thinking and communication skills, mixed with healthy autonomy and passion for learning
Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Experience with Blockchain/DeFi Technologies
