This sudden division breeds tension and prejudice, with the unaffected viewing Phenoms as freaks and outcasts. In the midst of this turmoil, two opposing forces emerge in a battle to maintain freedom and order amongst the city’s population. The Renegades - led by Vector, a former Marine and ex-Bounty Hunter of G.E.N. Corp - and Cypernet Industries/G.E.N Corp with the Architect as their enigmatic leader.

The Phenomenon gifts Vector with enhanced speed, strength, and agility. He rises as the leader of The Renegades, uniting the Phenoms under his direction to fight against G.E.N. Corp’s overreaching thirst for power. His augmented helmet and bionic arm grant him unparalleled precision with his weaponry, earning his stripes as the city’s protector. With his rallying cry, “Game Over,” Vector strikes fear into the hearts of his adversaries.

A diverse group of allies join The Renegades alongside Vector.

NINA PEARL: Fashion Photographer-Journalist turned vigilante. She’s a master of water manipulation and has learned to control it with finesse, wielding water as both a weapon and a shield. She channels her abilities to create tsunami waves, summons powerful rainstorms and manipulate bodies of water.

WIZKID: Mastermind-cyber hacker with supernatural abilities granted by The Phenomenon. He possesses an ingenious intellect and is capable of hacking into any digital system. He can perceive and manipulate supernatural phenomena, making him an invaluable asset.

MAX LIGHTNING: Musical prodigy and internationally known star. Post Phenomenon, he is armed with with electrifying abilities and is recruited by Vector. He can harness and generate electricity throughout his body. With his signature move “The Shutdown,” Max disables electronic devices with a powerful EMP.

SCORCHED: Titanium cyborg that is invincible to fire. His hair is a literal flame and he also contains a plasma cannon arm. He can unleash devastating firepower that incinerates enemies with his plasma cannon.

On the opposing side stands The Architect, a technically-enhanced mastermind with a vision of installing a cybernetic order to rule New Miami City and beyond. Unaffected by The Phenomenon due to extensive genetic modifications, The Architect harnesses telekinetic powers to control cybernetic systems developed by G.E.N. Corp, manipulating both technology and individuals to further his agenda.

As tensions escalate, New Miami City becomes a battleground for the clash between The Renegades and G.E.N. Corp. Vector and The Renegades fight to safeguard the rights of all Phenoms and protect the innocent, facing off against The Architect’s oppressive regime and his relentless pursuit of the Phenoms. The Architect understands that the Phenoms and New Miami City hold the key to the rest of the world, so in order to achieve his vision, G.E.N. Corp must conquer them and crush all opposition.
