Introduction

Welcome to the Lenspost X Unlonely Valentine's Cards Contest ("Contest"). This Contest allows participants to express their creativity by creating Valentine's Day cards using Unlonely stickers and backgrounds provided by Lenspost, and share their creations on Farcaster as smart posts/frames. The Contest is a collaboration between Lenspost ("Lenspost", "we", "us") and Unlonely ("Unlonely"), collectively referred to as the "Organizers."

Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Participation indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Contest Period

The Contest begins on 2/12/2024 and ends 2/23/2024 Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants must create a Valentine's Day card using the tools and assets provided by Lenspost, including Unlonely stickers and backgrounds. Each entry must be shared on Farcaster as a smart post/frame, tagged appropriately with #LoveonLeverage2 #Lol2Lenspost Participants can submit multiple entries but are eligible to win only one prize.

Judging and Criteria

Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and use of Unlonely elements Most minted/Recasted entries will be considered, however final decision will also give weightage to originality The Organizers will appoint a panel of judges to select the winners. Decisions of the judges are final and binding.

3rd Prize 1000 $Vibes

Vibes paid out at end of contest price * Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Intellectual Property

Participants retain ownership of their submissions but grant the Organizers a worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entries (along with a name credit) in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now known or hereafter developed.

Data Protection

Personal data collected during the Contest will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the Organizers, for purposes of contest administration and prize fulfillment.

Liability and Indemnity

The Organizers are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the Contest and their acceptance and use of any prize.

General Conditions

The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organizers’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by the Organizers in their sole discretion.

Code of Conduct and Content Guidelines

Participants must ensure that their entries and any associated comments or interactions are respectful and free of hate speech, derogatory comments, or other forms of harmful or offensive content. Entries containing hate speech, derogatory remarks, or any content that could be considered offensive, as determined by the Organizers in their sole discretion, will be disqualified. Lenspost and Unlonely bear no responsibility for any hate speech, derogatory comments, or offensive content posted by participants or any third party in connection with the Contest. Participants are solely responsible for the content of their submissions and any comments or interactions they engage in. The Organizers reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to take appropriate action against individuals who violate this code of conduct, including disqualification from the Contest and prohibition from participating in future contests or events organized by Lenspost and Unlonely.
