Pulse Community Principles

Group Ownership

  • Group creators are the official owners, tied to their UID

  • Ownership cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside Pulse's system

  • Important: Pulse does not endorse any group owners or vouch for their actions

Shared Leadership

  • Owners run their groups, but moderators (selected every 24 hours) help maintain fairness

  • Both are accountable to the Pulse community

Fair Play

  • All point-earning methods, including tipping, must be genuine and fair

  • Gaming the system, manipulation, or coordinated abuse is strictly prohibited

  • Violations result in: muting, account review, warnings, or permanent restrictions

Rules for Owners & Moderators

What You Must Do

  • Act fairly and without bias

  • Remove spam, scams, and harmful content

  • Support genuine community participation

  • Enforce rules based on actual violations, not personal preferences

What You Cannot Do

  • Unfairly ban, mute, or remove members

  • Promote yourself at others' expense (like spamming your own content for tips)

  • Delete others' posts for personal advantage

  • Manipulate tips, rewards, or group features for self-benefit

  • Coordinate artificial point-earning schemes

Consequences

For Moderators: Power abuse leads to restrictions on future moderator applications

For Owners: Serious abuse may result in:

  • Ownership transfer to a responsible community member

  • Group decommission if it becomes harmful or irrelevant

Point-Earning & Rewards

Fair Earning

  • Tips, red packets, and rewards should reflect genuine engagement

  • Coordinated manipulation, fake engagement, or systematic gaming is prohibited

  • Pulse monitors suspicious activity and will take action

Enforcement

  • First offense: Warning or temporary muting

  • Repeated violations: Account review and potential restrictions

  • Severe cases: Permanent restrictions or bans

Reporting & Accountability

If You're Treated Unfairly

  • Report abusive owners or moderators through Pulse's reporting system

  • Multiple verified complaints may lead to ownership changes or group removal

Community Standards

  • Groups should be welcoming, safe, and meaningful

  • Owners and moderators are community guardians, not personal rulers

  • Everyone deserves fair treatment regardless of their relationship with leadership
