Next week, Tuesday, May 10, 2022, I will appear in court for the 7th time in reference to Case#M22007021 /Case#F22003864 Jail#220127215. I have written formally five times, and I am yet to receive a response. Today is May 6, 2022.

1. The Court Notice of Appearance does not have a Public Defender Attorney's Name Assigned 
2. The Letter from the Office of Carlos Guitierrez indicates the APD is Alyssa Espinosa

QUESTIONS in bold blue below. 

For the record, I reached out to Jason Vila (email you provided) and Alyssa Espinosa via email in the letter received. I am yet to hear from any (3) three, Public Defender Attorney's. That is, you, Hugh Rosenberg, Jason Vila or Alyssa Espinosa.

**I. "**The Judge's name who you saw at the bond hearing is Mindy Glazer."

**V. "**It looks like your next court date is May 10. Mr. Vila would be able to provide further details." 

[since 04-21-22 Alejandra - yes, as per attached, M22007021 - Tue May 10, 2022, 10AM. The Court Notice of Appearance, for the first time, has printed the ZOOM address. 

a. Why did I only receive (3) three Court Notice of Appearance via USPS mail when I appeared on Judge's Trawick calendar (6) six times? 

b. Why didn't any (3) Notice of Appearance I received via USPS have ZOOM information printed?]

VI. On April 14, 2022. You acknowledged/confirmed. You would forward my requests: eight depositions of Miami Police officers' witnesses and three subpoenas (see attached). Have you delivered to whoever is representing me? 

a. "I have received your email and will forward it to your misdemeanor attorney when the case is assigned."
