Below are several updates on the status of the $RWA rewards program including claims on veRWA rewards.

Season 1 Claims

Delegated veRWA positions will be claimable by all program participants starting December 3, 2024. This means ownership over the veRWA will transfer from the protocol to the users when the NFT is claimed.

Claims will be available in the lock page of the re.al app. Positions which were previously marked as “delegated” will have a new option to be claimed, on the same page lock positions are currently managed and reETH rewards are claimed.

Once claimed, users will have full control over the veRWA NFTs, including the option to unlock and sell the tokens.

Season 2 Delegations

Season 2 veRWA positions will be delegated to users over the coming week. The process will follow the same flow as the Season 1 delegations and claims.

The Season 2 delegation window will last three months, from December through February. On March 1, 2025 the veRWA will be fully claimable, transferring ownership to the user.

We’ll share an announcement when the Season 2 delegations are completed later this week.

RWA Rewards: Season 3

Season 3 of the RWA Rewards program will be put on hold for now.

When resumed, the program format may be shifted or fully revised based on the incentive needs at that time.

There is currently no firm date on the resumption of the program. Updates will be shared with ample time for the community to prepare for any upcoming opportunities.
