After Relation One launched its Web App last week, the community is actively exploring playful features such as Bazaar and Web3 homepage. To further improve Relation’s Web3 social network experience and explore the value of first and second-degree contacts of NFT enthusiasts, we are launching NFT Club, a new component allowing like-minded NFT holders to easily create NFT group chats, set up display boards, and associate twitter information.

With this new feature, NFTs held by users can be used as a pass to access a particular NFT Club. The mechanism currently supports the Ethereum protocol. By associating an Ethereum address holding NFTs with a Relation ID, your account will automatically be assigned to, by a smart contract, the NFT club, and group set up for that particular NFT. The process needs no invitation or permission from a founder. If this NFT is sold or transferred, then this account will be removed from the correspondent group chat automatically — all done by a smart contract. NFT is a new cultural paradigm in the Web3 space, as it represents a community, a taste, and a way of thinking. With the NFT Club feature, Relation is bringing together NFT holders and using their respective collections of NFTs as a social identity to enable social network building. Web3 Cultural Diversity — that is what Relation is actively promoting.

NFT Club is an information hub for Relation users interested in NFTs. On the information page of NFT Club, NFT projects with the most trading volume in the last 30 days and held by Relation users are shown. Respective project introduction and real-time data will appear on each NFT Club page. The data include issuance, holders, and market price. Twitter account updates will also be demonstrated here for those Relation users holding a particular NFT series so that people with the same interest can follow each other.

Currently, Ethereum addresses holding NFT can be linked to Relation ID — then the NFT becomes the avatar on Relation. With this feature, a user will have a chance to get extra exposure on the main page of NFT Club, opening up more social networking potential. In the future, we will also devise a medal reward system for these NFT users to incentivize them to bring their diversified culture to Relation.
