What to do?

Return to the "DEX" tab.

Select the tokens to be swapped and their quantity, press "Swap".

Switch to "Pool". Select tokens and press "Supply".
Switch to "Pool". Select tokens and press "Supply".
Scroll down and press "Harvest".
Scroll down and press "Harvest".
