The Shroomiez have spent the last few months in Hibernation with the Beras, and guess what they brewed…  a BS NFT collection, on Berachain Artio!

137 BeraShroomiez (BS) will go live in the coming weeks, and will be available for mint on Beramarket. The Shroomiez are currently voting on whether it’s going to be a free mint or a 0.33 BERA mint, however, it doesn’t really matter.

What matters is scarcity, and as a matter of scarcity, it ain’t gonna be easy for non-Shroomiez holders to put their hands on a BS NFT.

Before you start wondering how this BS collection can give you any edge and/or exposure to the Shroomieverse, Berachain or Beramarket, we must first go back in time.

Over a millenia and a half ago, places like the Imperial Forums in Rome enabled people to trade their goods freely, at the fairest market value possible, with in-person guarantees of the quality and quantity of the goods being exchanged. We have, unfortunately, lost that tradition over the years. Vapourware stocks trading at hundreds, sometimes thousands of times over their “intrinsic value”; rugged memecoins, governance tokens and illiquid JPEGs… we have truly reached a crucial point of pivot-or-find out (how bad it gets).

Beramarket has offered Shroomiez, like anyone else who is willing to be smart and brave enough to follow our footsteps, the chance to launch a liquid-backed NFT collection on their new state-of-the art NFT marketplace.

Shroomiez Gen2 has always been scheduled to launch on Beramarket with 63% of mint funds going to liquid backing at launch. However, with Gen1 Shroomiez still minting out and Beramarket being live on testnet, the community thought it would be a great idea to commemorate this moment with a very special (and limited) edition of BeraShroomiez (BS) on the Berachain testnet.

These extremely Honeylicious BeraShroomiez will grant holders a chance to not only tip their toes in the Berachain wilderness but also be amongst the early navigators (minters) of Beramarket’s revolutionary NTLC (NFT Treasury and Liquidity Concept). Being early to something great is always rewarding, but you surely already know that by being here.

To guarantee yourself a chance to mint a BeraShroomiez NFT on Beramarket, you must either:

A) Be a Shroomiez NFT Holder (snapshot will be taken at either; 125 Shroomiez holders or; a few days before BS mint, whichever comes first)

B) Win one of the 13 WL spots that will be distributed via giveaways and partner projects

Behold though, brave Anons and Beras, as you may still have a chance to mint ( ≥ 42% chance if you do your math), by:

• Holding this BS article (holding 1 ≥ mintable pieces within the article increases your chance to receive WL; could also guarantee it with a full set, but what do I know)

  or

• Praying to the Bera God every day until mint (varying rate of success depending on your god)
