1. EntryPoint 0.6.0 Released

2. A new ERC-4337 Entry Point was just released.

Here are the three main changes:
1/ User Operation hashes now cannot be manipulated by the caller.
2/ Nonces are now incremented by the Entry Point, and are two dimensional.
3/ Recursive calls to the Entry Point are no longer allowed.
