Ecosystem & Community Growth: 165M tokens (27.5% of the total supply) are allocated to initiatives that incentivize sustainable growth, including airdrops, grants, partnerships, and other user and developer acquisition strategies.
Core Team & Contributors: 175M tokens (29.2% of supply) are set aside for Talent Protocol’s core team, contributors and advisors, vested over a period of 3 years. Additionally, the core team has a 1-year cliff to align incentives with long-term project success.
Funding Rounds: 136.3M tokens (22.7% of the supply) has been allocated to early-stage investors who have supported the project’s development in multiple rounds.
