We are excited to announce the launch of Season 2 in the TokenHunters Social Module, marking a new era of features and improvements designed to enhance your experience. This major update introduces several new features while ensuring a smooth transition from Season 1, where we’ve addressed key system issues and made necessary adjustments to create a fair, competitive environment for all Hunters.

Platform Snapshot & Fresh Start

To ensure a seamless update, we’ve successfully completed a platform snapshot, capturing all gem balances from Season 1. While all users will start Season 2 fresh—with 0 XP, 0 GEMS, 0 Badges, and at Level 1—your previous gem balances have been safely recorded and are fully transparent. You can verify your balance by checking your user ID through your referral link in the Hunter Terminal.

This reset was essential for resolving a persistent bug that could have caused future complications. We’re confident that these changes will result in a smoother and more reliable system as we move forward.

New Features in Season 2

With the launch of Season 2, we’ve introduced already the first exciting new features that offer more ways to compete, collaborate, and grow within the TokenHunters community:

Group Leaderboards

All groups on the platform now host their own leaderboards, tracking each member’s Position, Username, Gem Balance, XP Balance, and Level. You can find the leaderboard by clicking the Leaderboard Tab within each group or by adding /leaderboard to the group’s URL.

This feature provides group owners with the opportunity to host events and competitions based on leaderboard rankings, allowing you to grow by rewarding new members and engage your community like never before. If you haven’t yet, visit the Hunt Group Directory to create your own group and start building your community.

Gem Transfers

The Gem Transfers feature allows you to transfer gems between users on the platform. To prevent botting and multi-account airdrop farming, an administrator must approve each transaction during this initial phase of the feature. You can track the status of your transfers through the Transfer History section, which displays both completed and pending transactions.

To initiate a gem transfer, simply go to the Hunting Gems page in your Hunter Terminal, input the recipient’s username, select the amount, and click “Send Gems.” There are no fees for sending gems, and this feature opens up new possibilities for hosting giveaways, raffles, and rewarding group members.

Points Multipliers

We’re excited to introduce Points Multipliers, which boost your XP and Gem rewards based on your rank or by purchasing special badges. There are two types of multipliers:

• Rank-Based Multipliers: These can be unlocked by reaching specific ranks, with multipliers ranging from 1x to 10x. These are lifetime rewards that increase your earnings for completing tasks.

• Temporary Multipliers: These can be purchased with gems and offer higher multipliers for a limited time. You’ll find these in the XP Multiplier Badge Library, with options like a 2x multiplier for 10,000 gems (valid for 48 hours) up to a 10x multiplier for 150,000 gems (also valid for 48 hours).

Once activated, your multiplier is displayed on your earnings history, and you can monitor your progress through the Hunter Terminal, where you will find the available badges!

New Pages & Modules

To accommodate these exciting new features, we’ve added several new pages and tabs across the platform:

• Group Leaderboards: Available in all groups, new and existing.

• Gem Transfers: Manage transfers through the Hunting Gems page in your Hunter Terminal.

• Gem Transfer History: Track all past and current gem transfers in this section.

• Multiplier Badge Library: Explore and purchase temporary multiplier badges (for now) here: Multiplier Badge Library.

• Multiplier Badge Inventory: A new section under your Badge Inventory, where you can view active and expired multiplier badges.

Looking Ahead: Upcoming Updates

We have a range of new features ready for this update. To avoid overwhelming you, we’ll introduce additional features later this week, building on the exciting additions already launched. Expect more enhancements, including:

• Ranking Multipliers: Expansions to the new rank-based and temporary multipliers.

• New Badges: Expect the launch of Gem Task Multiplier Badges, Quest Badges, Milestone Badges, and more.

• TokenHunters Shop V1: A new marketplace to purchase badges, with the option to pay via gems, crypto or credit card.

• New Ranks: Additional ranks will be introduced to further enhance progression and rewards on the platform.

Whether you’re climbing the group leaderboards, transferring gems, or unlocking points multipliers, this new season is filled with opportunities to advance your hunting career.
