Track Stack is an emergent Web3 company poised to drive the mass adoption of blockchain technology by giving users an accessible and holistic platform to create and listen to music. Music has undeniably become an important part of everyday life. Its relevance can not be overstated. We listen to music when we work, study, focus, and relax. In the past, music fans collected vinyl and cassettes as a way of expressing true fandom. Nowadays streaming platforms have made collecting, streaming, and curating playlists extremely easy. While these platforms are great, we think that they could be doing more for artists, who often feel under-compensated for their work. Track Stack's goal is to shake the music industry up by building an all-inclusive Web3 platform where music lovers and artists can earn from the music they collect and create. Our mission is to solve the discovery of music NFTs and build a strong community of artists and fans. We want to provide every service that artists might need while creating their music, from Al-assisted music creation to simplified distribution and revenue management via our NFT model. This gives artists and record labels the peace of mind to focus on creating the music they love. Our listeners have the option to just stream the music they love, or they can become valued listeners by participating in the minting of artiste collections and the NFT trading market. They could also become Genesis or Fraction holders, which guarantees them a share of our profits.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Currently, the adoption of Music NFTs in the web3 space is faced with a myriad of problems:

• The absence of a major Secondary Marketplace specifically for Music NFTs, which hinders widespread adoption of these NFTs.

• High cost of launching Audio NFTs, causing Artists to shy away from creating and launching their projects.

• The inaccessibility of most blockchain platforms to users discourages them from engaging on these platforms.

OUR SOLUTION

The first all inclusive music NFT platform that grants artists full autonomy over their craft and allows users a share in profits generated by the platform. Our platform ensures both artists and users enjoy creating and listening to music with convenience. We aim to:

• Provide a secondary music marketplace, to make discovering and obtaining your Audio NFTs easier and more efficient.

• Offer a launchpad for Artists to release their projects at a cost efficient rate.

• Offer users a seamless interaction while on the blockchain, making engagement smooth and effortless.

PROJECT SCOPE

The utility is a fundamental focus for Track Stack. We aim to provide a customizable, Launchpad and Secondary Marketplace for Music NFTs. Scrolling through a stack of Art and PFP NFTs before accessing and purchasing Music NFTs, not only hinders ease of purchase but, also discourages curious new collectors from buying into these NFTs. Track stack's goal is to bring all Audio NFTs into a single Secondary marketplace, to make purchasing, accessing and discovering new Music NFTs easier for Users. We aim to build upon certain features we believe are lacking in already existing platforms. To solve this, we developed a system that is easy to use and familiar to both NFT traders and music lovers. We propose a new minting system whereby music is minted and segmented into snippets. These snippets are minted on-chain. During the minting process, every artist is given full authority over the number of segments they want to exist. Fans mint these snippets and are pushed into the market to acquire the remaining pieces to complete their collection. Minting/buying a snippet gives collectors part ownership over an artist's song and qualifies them to earn royalties generated from streams and secondary sales. Owning the full version of a song gives more perks and royalties.

OUR MARKETPLACE

A Secondary marketplace exclusively for audio NFTs currently do not exist. Collectors have to search through a pool of art and video NFTs before locating the music NFT they want to purchase, and this has impacted negatively on the adoption of these NFTs in the space. To solve this issue, Track Stack has designed a multi-chain platform that accommodates users' native tokens without the need for bridging or swapping and features an aggregated marketplace that will allow users to list and sell on all other NFT marketplaces through our platform. We acknowledge that each community is unique and deserving of its custom marketplaces with distinct features, themes, and fees all determined by its members. In addition, collections will feature a like, follow, live, and social chat section where collectors can readily keep in contact with other users and artists. Track Stack will also feature listening rooms where holders can show off their collections and play their favorite songs for each other.

OUR LAUNCHPAD (T-PORT)

Our launchpad provides a platform for artists to mint and releases their projects on our marketplace. Artists whose projects are minted on our launchpad are incentivized with the free advertisement in our streaming sections and homepage.

OUR COMMUNITY (TRACK YARD)

Community is the key to a successful project. A strong community is fundamental for a project's growth. At Track Stack, we are dedicated to building a robust community of fans and artists. All verified artists have access to an artist community, visible to their fans, which will aid users in discovering upcoming artists. This artist-only community serves as a networking opportunity for emerging artists to garner experience from older colleagues. The highest ranking collectors and streamers on our platform are showcased based on each collector's level in fan communities. Levels are boosted by acquiring more NFTs from a particular collection. Holders who have obtained any NFTs from an artist's collection, are given access passes to have the one-on-one text and live streams in fan and artist communities with their favorite artists.

GENESIS COLLECTION

Our Genesis Collection (TBA) will have an initial supply of 1000 NFTs. It will give early supporters a perpetual share of 1.35% of all profits generated on our platform. Genesis Collection Holders are entitled to premium access to the different features on our platform, and free access to our web3 streaming app. Holders are exempt from remitting royalty fees from secondary transactions on our platform. They are to pay only royalties set by the artists and gas fees. We've also made it possible for Genesis holders to fractionalize their NFTs and sell all or part of their Genesis shares. These Fractionalized NFTs will entitle holders to a specified share of the profits from the parent Genesis NFT.

INCENTIVES

Track stack, being a multi-chain platform, allows users and artists to trade in their native tokens, which eliminates the hassle of swapping or bridging and encourages user participation. In a bid to encourage both artists and users to utilize the different features on our platform, we have organized a comprehensive package of perks that will not only attract more users but keep existing users reliably engaged.

• Our streaming algorithm is designed to maximize artist discovery by giving artists access to their streaming, song performance, and listing data. Emerging artists are encouraged to use this data to plan a content strategy and maximize their impact.

• Artists will have access to advertisement placement on our streaming app when they use our Launchpad which will help in discovery.

• Our Studio Labs feature will enable greater collaboration between producers and artists. Artists can also hold listening parties for fans to listen to and enjoy the new or existing music they put out, driving engagement and building fan relationships. Fans get to listen to songs as they were meant to be, courtesy of our industry-leading sound quality and design.

• Genesis Collection holders are granted free access to all features on our platform and are exempted from paying royalties to us while transacting on our marketplace.

• Genesis Holders have an automatic stake of 1.35% in the total net profit revenue generated by Our platform.

• Users are provided with free daily updates about everything going on in the music world.

• Artists can link their Track Stack community to existing social media and income sources, giving them more options for branding and marketing strategies as well as fan engagement options such as giveaways or listener rewards.
