As a community, everyone at The Factory contributes to keeping it thriving by taking shifts to earn Umojis (XP). For every 30,000 Umojis, up to $1,000 in rewards is released. Each round, up to $3,000 in community rewards can be made available.

How You Receive Rewards

You have 7 days to collect Umojis through shifts available at The Factory. After the 7-day period, there will be a live vote where the community (you and your fellow Umojans) decides how rewards are shared. The options may vary from week to week.

For example, you can vote for:

a) Top 5 participants recognized

b) Top 10 participants recognized

c) Roll over rewards to the next round (BULLISH!!!)

d) Top 50 participants recognized

You must verify your wallet and have at least 300 Umojis (XP) to vote. We encourage the community to discuss with each other in #TheFactory community channels to decide how you may want to vote.

Shifts!

In each shift, you earn Umojis, collect Umojis, and climb the leaderboard. The higher you are on the leaderboard, the more likely you are to be recognized and receive rewards. Many of the activities are similar to what you may do for airdrops, but the difference here is you don’t have to wait and wonder. This is a Fairdrop (not just an Airdrop!) like you’ve never experienced.

Every week is a new chance to earn community recognition.

So, why wait in normal airdrops when you can engage and earn much sooner?

The Rules of The Factory

Rule 1. LEARN THE RULES OF THE FACTORY

Rule 2. There will be a community prize pool where up to $3,000 in rewards can be distributed each round.

Rule 3. Each round lasts 10 days: 7 days for you to collect Umojis + 3 days for Voting.

Rule 4. The community must vote on how the rewards are shared.

Rule 5. The community must reach a point threshold of 30,000 Umojis (points) before the rewards pool is released.

Rule 6. For every 30,000 Umojis on the leaderboard, up to $1,000 in rewards will be released.

Rule 7. You must take Shifts at The Factory to collect Umojis.

Rule 8. If you cheat or use automated methods, we will know. You’ll be removed from The Factory, without hesitation.

Rule 9. Your points will reset every round.

Right now, the community is smaller, so naturally, there is a greater chance of receiving recognition. This is a unique opportunity where everyone can participate and be recognized for their time and attention.

Is This Just Like An Airdrop?

It’s better, offering you a more interactive and rewarding experience. You can earn Umojis by joining The Factory AND you can earn protocol points simply by using the Umoja Protocol.

Anyone who uses the protocol will be eligible for airdrop points. Airdrop points and Umojis are not the same. Umojis reward community engagement, and protocol points reward those who interact on-chain with Umoja.
