The inaugural Venom Community Incentive Program, launched to reward community members for their prolonged support and activity in the Venom ecosystem is now entering its third stage. The first stage of the program kicked off earlier this year, followed by the second stage which lasted from April 12 to April 24.

As part of Venom Quests, users are given the opportunity to complete a number of different tasks, from providing liquidity and making swaps to minting NFTs, for which they will be given XP, which will see them climb the program’s leaderboard and allow them to claim rewards. Stage 3 of the program is slated to introduce a bevy of new features offering users even more opportunities to earn XP and get rewarded for their use of the Venom network. Stage 3 officially begins on April 24, at 8 AM UTC.

Among the biggest updates to come with the next stage is that swap volumes, a 24-hour task, for swaps made on the web3.world DEX will now be calculated per day at 2 AM UTC the following day. This means that users will no longer have to make a large number of swaps to get XP. Instead, the volume of their swaps will be counted and XP will be granted accordingly.

Likewise, providing liquidity on a daily basis, also a 24-hour task, will see users get credits on a daily basis. These credits will be calculated at 2 AM UTC the following day and users that provide liquidity throughout the stage will be credited on a daily basis.

For users opting to stake Venom on VenomStake on a daily basis, another 24-hour task, credits will also be given out on a daily basis. These credits will also be calculated at 2 AM the following day. If a user holds the staked token ($StVENOM) in their wallet throughout the entire third stage, they will be credited with XP every day.

Additionally, there are a number of new, one-time opportunities for earning XP, including the following:

• XP will now be granted on a one-time basis for buying, making an offer or placing a bid on the Oasis Gallery.

• XP will now be granted for minting an NFT at https://nft.dragonz.land/, a new project that has joined the Venom ecosystem

• XP will now be granted on a one-time basis for tweeting about venom.network

• Users who complete all the tasks available during a stage will be given an extra bonus

Significantly, users who hold Early Participant NFTs will receive a 2x XP multiplier for every task completed. This multiplier will also apply to 24-hour tasks, so users are encouraged to hold their NFTs it in their wallets throughout the entire stage.

In order to credit users accurately, several snapshots will be taken for 24-hour tasks throughout the day. The first snapshot of the round will happen on April 24 at around 14:00 UTC.
