David Peng, CEO of Webmint, will be speaking at NFT London on November 3, 2022. Along with NFT Alpha Podcast hosts Jonathan Ashbrook and Mosher Roth, and Megan Nilsson of Crypto Megan, David will be speaking about what makes a successful NFT project.
We are creators ourselves. The second project launched through Webmint was our in-house project, Tasty Bones. During our alpha testing, we worked with 10 creators to launch 12 projects, 8 of which sold out. While success in this crazy and unpredictable space is impossible to map, it's safe to say that we learned a thing or two about some of the necessary ingredients for success that we want to share with everyone at NFT London!
If you plan on attending NFT London, please come and say hi! You can also reach out to David on Discord (AliceAustralia#3272) if you want to connect beforehand. For those who cannot attend, don't worry - we will provide a summary of the key insights from NFT London in a future post, so watch this space!
Built by creators, for creators. Webmint is a no-code, stress-free tool for creators, artists, musicians, SMEs, DAOs, clubs, and other organized groups to build and grow their web3 communities.
Software is an integral part of the creative process; by integrating beautiful design with technology, users can seamlessly generate, sell and manage NFTs within minutes, and access tools to continue building their communities, including ERC-20 token creation, staking, giveaways portals, and on-chain and off-chain analytics.
We know that using new software can be annoying, so we try to mitigate this as much as possible by assigning an actual Human to each user to guide them through the process. Our users will also get access to our Discord, where they can connect with the entire Webmint team, along with other projects and web3 partners. This is a collaborative space where users can reach out for help, as well as form their own collaborations and connections with other projects.

Since 2018, NFT.NYC has been committed to giving a voice to the growing NFT community. NFT.London will be welcoming fresh ideas and NFT thought leadership from the UK and Europe.
It has been supported by the most innovative brands and projects in the NFT ecosystem and highlighting builders to bring the global community together. As such, they will educate and share knowledge with those curious about NFTs.
NFTs stands for non-fungible tokens. Each token is a unique digital identifier recorded on a blockchain and therefore cannot be replaced by another token. This makes them ideal for storing digital assets such as art, music, or collectibles as each token is unique and can only be held by one wallet. Unlike Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies which are fungible and interchangeable, you can think of NFTs as owning a physical object. Just like each person is unique and no two snowflakes are the same, each NFT is also one of a kind.
NFTs have been gaining a lot of traction in recent months with big names such as Jack Dorsey (CEO of Twitter) and Mark Cuban (owner of the Dallas Mavericks) getting involved in the space. Due to their uniqueness, they have been known to sell for high prices with some even going for millions of dollars. Just last month, an NFT sold for $69 million which is believed to be the highest price ever paid for an NFT.
With the rise in the popularity of NFTs, there has also been a rise in scams and fake tokens. It is important to do your research before buying any NFTs so that you don't end up losing your cryptocurrency. A good place to start would be reading reviews or articles from trusted sources, as well as keeping up to date on the latest news and insights through our blog.
