Creeper Systems: Anomalous drone-like craft operating at the intersection of human and extraterrestrial technology—ranging from alien reproduction vehicles to genuinely alien systems designed to mimic human aerospace platforms.
The concept of Creeper Systems emerged publicly during the “mystery drone” incidents of late 2024 and early 2025, most notably in the New Jersey region of the United States. However, I had already been using the term informally to describe black triangle UAP—“Earth-scanning drones,” the TR-3B, and ARVs (Alien Reproduction Vehicles); potentially the products of black-budget military programs derived from off-world technologies.
Similar unidentified aerial activity was concurrently reported near several U.S. Air Force installations—in Colorado, California, and Nevada—as well as at Royal Air Force bases in the United Kingdom, including RAF Lakenheath and RAF Fairford. These sightings, along with associated sensor anomalies, fuelled growing speculation that the objects represent a new class of autonomous surveillance platforms operating well outside the bounds of known military or commercial capabilities.
More recently, journalist Ross Coulthart has relayed unverified claims from alleged and undisclosed sources suggesting that some of these systems may, in fact, be Chinese in origin—possibly reverse-engineered from recovered alien technology.
Coulthart has also controversially asserted that the now-famous “Tic Tac” UAP, visually confirmed by then–Navy Commander David Fravor in 2004, was not extraterrestrial but rather advanced human technology developed by Lockheed Martin. The curios thing about this claim, is that Coulthart was told by David Grusch in his breakthrough NewsNation exclusive interview in 2023¹, that the tic tac was "totally exotic,” of “non-human origin,” and “not made by human hands.” It was Steven M. Greer, a known pro-ET intervention disinformation agent, who originally claimed that the “tic tac was ours.”²
Esteemed UFO researcher Richard Dolan has weighed in to point out the long history of tic-tac or cigar like craft sightings, which date to the 1960's and 70s, and in some cases even earlier; often reported to exhibit transmedium capabilities, and rapid instantaneous acceleration. The argument being, that if this kind of technology has been in human hands for that long, then we are looking at a “breakaway civilisation” that is operating completely outside of and beyond our reality³.
Although Coulthart’s claim regarding the New Jersey drones remains unverified, it aligns with assertions made by Matthew Livelsberger, a decorated military veteran and former Green Beret. Prior to his death by self-detonation in a Tesla Cybertruck outside Trump Tower, Livelsberger sent a detailed letter to Army intelligence officer and social media influencer Sam Shoemate. In that message—later discussed on The Shawn Ryan Show—Livelsberger claimed both China and the U.S. have operational gravitic propulsion systems.
Can Creeper Systems be considered a distinct class of UAP, if we cannot tell if what we are witnessing is human technology reverse engineered from alien technology, or alien technology mimicking human technology? One way we might begin to make sense of the Creeper Systems phenomenon is to consider the possibility that the extraterrestrial presence in our world is embedding its technology and its influence into the human defense-industrial matrix.
If this is the biggest kept secret on Earth—and I believe that it is—operating at the deepest levels of alleged Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs), then we might determine that its actually the non-humans (the ETs and the hybrids) who are in control; safeguarding the secrecy, distributing the disinformation, giving the orders, and overseeing the development and the seeding of alien technology into the human technosphere. Therefor, questions like “is this human or ET?,” “is it our ours or theirs?” “ours, or our adversaries?,” become murky and ill defined.
It hardly matters at the stage, because what matters is that the alien agenda is programming itself into human civilisation covertly.
We are a colonisation prospect.
What if thats what this technology, and a potential hot war between China and the U.S. is really about—what if these superpowers are acting as proxies for competing A/B alien interests?

The Agenda A/B/C Framework:

Agenda A (China dominance): Insectoid-aligned, collectivist, authoritarian, centralised.

Agenda B (U.S./West state network): Tall White-aligned, individualist, nationalist, technocratic-libertarian.

Agenda C (United Human Communities): United, free, self sufficient and self sovereign humanity opposed to alien-ET interference and intervention into Earth’s systems.
The aim of this essay is to begin to synthesise some of the speculative-research that I have been working on regarding competing alien agendas and so called “mystery drones”. By developing a flexible theory and a dynamic framework around these topics, as new information comes to light, and as new revelations emerge, we can hopefully—over time—begin to build some kind of understanding about what might be happening to our planet.
Firstly,
“CREEPER SYSTEMS” aka “Mystery Drones”—what are they?
I’ve explored two possibilities;
Either these are secret government/military black projects that utilise reverse-engineered alien technology, or they are real alien craft disguised as human technology.
I ended up settling on the theory that these craft are alien, but in reality we are likely witnessing both phenomena. As more information comes to light, we should stay open to a range of possibilities. In that regard, I would like to attempt to synthesise the Agenda A/B framework with the Creeper System phenomenon, because by doing so, we might be able to cover some new ground in respect to the alien agendas currently operating here on Earth.
Although I originally lambasted Ross Coulthart for claiming that the ‘drones’ were Chinese, I now think it is worth considering Matthew Livelsberger’s claim in his email to Sam Shoemate, a retired U.S. Army intelligence officer—before Livelsberger was allegedly blown up in a Cybertruck—that the United States and China have operational "gravitic propulsion systems”, alleging that these technologies were reverse-engineered from crashed UAP.
For now, I don’t want to focus on whether Livelsberger was possibly killed by government agencies, if he was under some form of remote control, or if he is actually still alive, not because I don’t think that these are possibilities worth exploring, but because the focus here should be about his claims regarding the “drones”.
Similar to Chris Lehto, I am somewhat skeptical about Livelsberger’s claims regarding the NJ drones being launched from Chinese submarines, and the threat that they pose. However, his claim that only the U.S. and China have gravitic propulsion systems (anti-gravity craft) is interesting to consider in support of the Agenda A/B hypothesis. It is also worth mentioning that Livelsberger was a highly decorated Green Beret, who had high level security clearance, was involved in drone and ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) operations, and he claimed access to UAP USAPS (Unacknowledged Special Access Programs).
If competing factions of aliens were supporting and collaborating with the dual superpowers, that is if Tall White ET races were working with the United States and the Insectoid races were working with the Chinese Communist Party, then is it possible that we are seeing two of the more powerful and dominant alien races vying for influence and control over Earth by essentially technologically gifting and arming the nation states who are more closely aligned with their respective societal-ideological-exopolitical goals, thus giving rise to the Agenda A/B conflict of interest?
It may be the case that as we move forward, nations will increasingly have to decide whether they align with a Chinese-collectivist (Agenda A) model, or an American-individualist (Agenda B) model. It seems as though the left, in the Western world at least, is trending towards becoming more like China. China, of course, isn’t so stupid as to destroy its culture and civilisation through mass and illegal immigration, but China’s system of centralised control, social credits, restrictions on freedom, and collectivised society is certainly the trajectory that the modern left—in its embrace of globalist policy—is headed towards, albeit with a woke ideology, which is really just a consequence of multicultural degeneracy and shit liberalism.
In response to that, we get nationalist backlash, The Dark Enlightenment, Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, the MAGA movement, Q, and the rise of a populist and more extreme right wing across the U.S. and Europe.
As I have discussed, both of the alien agenda’s, and the political, ideological, and philosophical movements that they leverage will ultimately lead to an oppressive form of technocratic totalitarian control that will reduce humanity to a slave class, as hidden alien forces install human-alien hybrid individuals in positions of power and influence, and humanity is gradually forced out of the loop through AI and automation.
The work and revelation of Marshall Summers has spoken about the pressure we will face to choose a side, and I’ve seen this first hand in the Allies of Humanity community, where individuals on the political left are siding with Agenda A, and where I am—can’t lie—leaning towards Agenda B. This is to a large extent human nature, and the aliens, who have studied our cultures and our psychology, know exactly how to Divide and Conquer humanity, therefore, our only hope is to bridge our divides and develop a path towards human unity and sovereignty (Agenda C).
If it seems like the only options are A-or-B, and these agendas appear—on the surface—to be opposed to each other, then we will choose what we believe most closely aligns with our values. Even if the overall trajectory and orientation is alien, we’ll accept it, because we are so divided already, that the other side just seems so abhorrent to us, right?
What is to say that the Whites are not in reality working with the Insectoids?…That by concentrating their efforts on separate sides of the globe, they can checkmate humanity, as these two supposedly competing interests, values, and agendas converge over time into a unified Alien Technocracy?
Considering the phenomena of these ‘Mystery Drones’, which have been observed all over the world, not just in New Jersey, along with a dramatic increase in UAP activity, including orbs sightings—which historically have been reported as some kind of alien technology that emerges out of the UFO craft—and the likelihood of secret government and private sector involvement in crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs, we should now start to consider the possibility that hidden deep within the power structures of our world, non-human alien interests guide and influence the development of our societies, our politics, our cultures, our environment, our thoughts, our beliefs, and our technology.
