Update on land plots construction
Sandbox：
正在准备sandbox的时装周设计比赛；
We are preparing to participate in sandbox's fashion week design competition;
准备申请阿尔法三测中。
And preparing to apply for the integration of Alpha Season 3.
Webb：
接入方面由于原本的nft设计不太匹配，正在重新设计像素风格的头像；
As for a better integration effect, we are designing pixel style avatars;
API方面也会重新部署。
The API will also be redeployed.
Dreamverse：
新合作的元宇宙地块项目，麦迪已官宣加入，还有很多机构也已经入场；
This is our new collaborative metaverse land project, which McGrady has officially announced to join, and many other institutions have also entered.
我们的地块大小是4x4，场景正在搭建中，3D建模设计中，预计月底开测试服，能用我们自己的兔子化身体验自己的地块场景。
Our plot size is 4x4. Scene is being built and 3D modeling design is in progress as well. The beta is expected to open at the end of the month, when we will be able to experience our own plot scenes with our own xrabbits avatars.
白单抽奖机制的调整：
The adjustment of the whitelist raffle mechanism
一直以来我们都是以抽奖的方式发白，虽然给黄名红名用户增加了权重，但仍然有不少holder觉得公平性稍差，会议上提出了新的抽奖方式，参会人员都表示认同：
All along, we have been sending out whitelists in the form of giveaways. Although we increased the winning chance of Diamond and Genesis rabbits when the number of whitelists for the community is more than 100, there are still many holders feeling slightly less fair. Therefore, a new way of drawing was proposed at the meeting,which the participants all agreed with.
仍然是机器人抽奖，参加抽奖的dc id，会被自动记录下钱包里兔子的编号，钱包里有几只兔子就会有几个编号进入奖池，然后从进入奖池的兔子编号中抽出最后的获奖者，再联系相应的dc id领取奖品。
Here is the way: It is still a giveaway held by giveaway robot. When you enter the raffle, your dc id will be automatically recorded with all the rabbits' Number in your wallet. That means the number of rabbits in your wallet will be matched by the number of rabbits that goes into the prize pool. The final winner will be drawn from all the rabbits that have entered the prize pool, and then the corresponding dc id will be contacted to claim the prize.
议事堂的建设：
The construction of the XRC Council
目的：集结有想法并且能一直跟进建设的兔兔家人，发挥家人们的专长，制定分工，为XRC接下来各个方面的发展献言建策。
Purpose: To gather xrabbits family members who have ideas and are able to follow up on the construction; to utilize the rabbits' expertise and divide their work to let them offer suggestions for the development of XRC in all aspects.
