【前言】本次会议为社区自发组织的第一圆桌会议，主要议题是讨论 sandbox 的玩法及后续的建设畅想。本次会议纪要以中文版形式呈现，后续会议纪要预期以中英双语呈现。
【Preface】This is the first roundtable meeting organized by the community. The main topic is to discuss how to play in sandbox and how to build it. The minutes of this meeting will be presented in Chinese, and subsequent minutes are expected to be presented in both Chinese and English.

目前根据会议精神，暂时总结如下几个议题，若有遗漏，请帮忙补充：
In accordance with the spirit of the meeting, the topics are summarized as follows:

一、议题一：sandbox 地块从哪来？sandbox 是什么，该如何建设 sandbox 地块？
Issue 1: Where do sandbox plots come from? What is a sandbox and how should sandbox plots be built?

1. hugosu 大佬在 sandbox（https://www.sandbox.game/en/）、Decentraland（https://decentraland.org/）、webb（https://www.webb.game/）都有地块，hugosu 愿意借出土地，供兔子军团在上面建造奇观，进行聚会，玩耍；（在此再次感谢 hugo 大佬的慷慨付出，以及对 xrc 的热忱）
   OG HugoSu has plots of land in sandbox (https://www.sandbox.game/en/), Decentraland (https://decentraland.org/) and webb (https://www.webb.game/). Hugo is willing to provide land for xrabbits to construct buildings, create wonders, and have parties and fun on it. (Thanks to Hugo for his generosity and enthusiasm for XRC.)
2. sandbox 是什么？这是一款沙盒类游戏（和 Minecraft 类似），大家可以在 sandbox 地块上建设建筑（NFT 形式），可以举办活动，进行游戏（实现 P2E）。sandbox 目前刚结束 alpha 预览版的活动，目前大家可以在上面建设自己的建筑；
   What is sandbox? It is a game similar to Minecraft where you can build buildings on sandbox plots (in the form of NFT), host events and play games (to enable P2E). Sandbox has just finished its alpha preview and you can currently build your own buildings on it.
3. sandbox 提供了 VoxEdit 和 Game Maker、Avatar 几个功能，分别对应体素（3D像素物体）建造（比如建造单独的房屋、雕塑、树木花草）、游戏制作（把第一个功能制作出的体素进行组合，同时制作成游戏）、个人形象制作（可以快速捏脸，也可以全部定制）。目前因为游戏暂未开放，但是可以进行建筑，可以参考羊驼的优秀实践（https://twitter.com/alpacadabraz/status/1491816844596072457?s=21）；
   Sandbox offers VoxEdit and Game Maker, Avatar, which correspond to voxel (3D pixel object) building (e.g. building individual houses, sculptures, trees and plants), game creation (combining voxels created by the first function and making a game at the same time), and personal image creation (both quick and full customization). 二、议题二：sandbox 未来开放时间暂时不定，兔子军团活动地选取为哪里？sandbox 是否需要建设？
Issue 2: The future opening time of the sandbox is not yet known, so where will the XRC activities and campaigns be located? Does sandbox need to be built?

1. hugosu 大佬提供了 webb 的大房间，经过多人的推荐，webb 举办聚会体验非常好，兔子可以优先在 webb 上面举行定期（待讨论时间、形式）、或者不定期（待讨论形式）的活动，因为 webb 本身是网页游戏，对操作系统的要求不高，所以所有人都可以快速接入，这类活动可以快速组织起来；
   OG Hugo also has a big house in Webb. With many people's recommendation, we find webb is suitable to hold parties. Rabbits can hold regular or irregular events (to be discussed time, form etc.) on Webb. Because Webb itself is a web game, the requirements of the operating system is not very strict. Therefore, everyone can quickly get access to it, and this kind of event can be organised quickly as well.

三、议题三：是否需要建设 SandBox，建设 sandbox 的意义和价值何在？
Issue 3: Is it necessary to build our land on SandBox and what is the significance and value of doing it?

1. hugosu 的建议：sandbox 比起 Decentraland 更容易建设，建筑这件事本身，本来就是一件非常鼓舞人心的事情，我们可以先推进下去。一方面进行奇观（兔子大雕塑，博物馆）等的建设（建设得好坏不重要，关键是有这样的动作），另外一方面可以在 webb 中举办 party，先玩起来；
   Hugo's suggestion: the sandbox is easier to build than Decentraland, and the building itself is a very inspiring thing to do, so we can move forward with it. On the one hand, we could do the construction of wonders (big rabbit sculptures, museums) (it doesn't matter how well they are built, it's the action that counts), and on the other hand, we could hold parties in Webb and have fun first.

   一、遗留问题一：地块建设应该选取哪个来建设？ roadmap 如何制定？社区和项目方如何合作？
   Reserved issue 1: Which of the plots should be selected for construction? How will the roadmap be developed? How can the community and the project partner work together?
2. 建议选取 sandbox 建设，大家可以讨论；
   The proposed choice of sandbox construction is open to discussion.

4. 2-15 ~ 2 月底前：举办一个冷兔建筑大赛，每个人下载 VoxEdit 进行兔子形象创作，美丑无关，参与者会奖励一个社区自发创建的 poap，参与者可以发推特，@官方，加上 #xrc，获取点赞，赞数最多的前几位，可以获取更为特别的 poap（奖品及形式可讨论）；
   2-15 ~ the end of February: hold a xrabbits building competition where everyone can downloads VoxEdit to create a rabbit image, and participants will be rewarded with a poap created by the community itself. Participants can tweet, @official account, tag #xrc, to get likes, and the rabbits with the most likes will get a special poap (prize and format to be discussed).
5. 3 月 ~ 3-15：把 2 月做得最好，点赞数最多的雕塑，放大，做成冷兔中央广场的巨型雕塑；（奖励方式可以讨论）
   March ~ 3-15: Enlarge the best sculpture made in February competition with the most likes, and make it into a giant sculpture in the Central Square of XRC; (the way of rewarding to be discussed)
6. 3-15 ~ 3 月底：召集博物馆建设者，筹备建设冷兔历史博物馆事宜（待讨论）；
   3-15 ~ end of March: gather museum builders to prepare for the construction of the XRC History Museum (to be discussed).

7. 建成冷兔历史博物馆，大家把自己制作的藏品放入博物馆，附上自己的名字，作为自己曾经来过的证据；（美丑不限，参与者都可以获得 poap）
   Build a XRC History Museum, where rabbits can put the collection they have made into the museum, with their names attached, as evidence that they have been there; (no matter the work is beautiful or ugly, all participants can get a poap)
8. 考虑成立 xrcbuildDAO，成立多签钱包，管理社区捐款，必要的时候可以雇佣建筑队，进行进一步的修缮（在这之前，还是以 holder 建设为主，主要目的是让更多人参与进来，参与感很重要）
   Consider setting up xrcbuildDAO, a multi-signature wallet to manage community donations and, if necessary, hire a construction team for further repairs (until then, it's still mainly about holder building, the main aim is to get more people involved, participation is important)

二、遗留问题二：sandbox 地块建设需要些什么样的人，大家该如何参与？
Reserved issue 2: What kind of people are needed for the construction of the sandbox plts and how should people participate?

1. 需要项目管理 2~3 名（0xSimon 因为工作性质原因，没有太多个人时间，可以主要出想法，项目管理方面，需要有人报名主导，并且坚持推行下去）（大家可以在群里报名自荐）项目管理有权力对 roadmap 进行修改，规划建设范围，跟催进度；
   2 to 3 project managers are needed (0xSimon does not have much personal time due to the nature of his work, so he can mainly come up with ideas and project management. The project needs someone to take the lead and stick to it) (you can apply in the dc chat group to nominate yourself) Project management has the power to make changes to the roadmap, plan the scope of construction and follow up on progress.
2. 需要景观设计师、艺术设计、建筑等艺术相关朋友若干，在参与比赛的同时，更多是做一些地标性建筑物，并且规划建设范围、建设节奏；
   A number of rabbits majoring in landscape architects, art design, architecture and other art-related are needed to do more landmark buildings while participating in the competition and to plan the scope of construction and the pace of construction.
3. 需要英文小伙伴若干，吸引更多英文朋友加入，共同建设；
   We want more English-speaking rabbits to join and build our land together.
4. 需要游戏策划朋友若干，基于大家制作的体素，先行策划游戏；
   A number of rabbits who are good at game planning are needed to plan the game first, based on the body of elements produced by everyone.

三、遗留问题三：twitter space 形式的圆桌会议
Reserved issue 3: Roundtable in twitter space

1. 圆桌会议形式很好，建议一周召开一次，固定周六晚上 8 点，在推特上举行。诉求：主持人报名，轮流主持，每次 2 ~ 3 名主持人，主持人联系官方一起参与。主持人负责选题，不限于技术、艺术、nft、加密市场、未来展望、xrc 建设等；
   The roundtable is good for the development of the project and community. It is proposed that it be held once a week, on a regular Saturday evening at 8pm, on Twitterspace.
2. Requirements: call for hosts, rotate hosts, 2-3 hosts at a time. Hosts contact official team to participate together. Hosts are responsible for choosing topics, not limited to technology, art, nft, crypto market, future outlook, XRC building, etc.
3. webb party，计划 2 月中下旬策划一次 party，诉求：需要有人牵头进行该 party 的策划，hugo 非常欢迎大家到 hugo 的大房子中做客；
   Webb party, which is planned to be held in mid to late February. Request: we need someone to take the lead in planning the party. Hugo would love to have people as guests in his big house.
