1. What’s VRRB

This was a Pre-Seed round raised on Feb 8, 2023. VRRB Labs is funded by 3 investors. Big Brain Holdings and Jump Crypto are the most recent investors.

2. What’s Proof of Claim?

VRRB Labs launched decentralized protocol leveraging its proprietary “Proof of Claim” algorithm to address the Blockchain Trilemma. Proof of Claim (#PoC) is a consensus algorithm that was introduced in 8th of February 2023 as an alternative to the Proof of Work (PoW) and Proof of Stake (PoS) algorithms. PoC aims to address some of the major issues that exist in both PoW and PoS. Primarily, Proof of Claim is:

• Computationally Cheap

• Collision Proof

• Scalable

• Completely Decentralized

• Truly Permissionless

The PoC algorithm is made up of several components, one of which is the Election Algorithm. This algorithm is responsible for selecting the next participant to create a block in the blockchain.

Overall, the Proof of Claim algorithm is an innovative and promising approach to achieving consensus in blockchain networks. By addressing some of the major issues that exist in other consensus algorithms, PoC has the potential to enable faster, more secure, and more efficient blockchain transactions.

3. VRRB Roadmap

• The permissioned beta testnet is going to launch at the end of March- early April

• There will be a whitelist and application for running nodes. Node runners with experience are needed

• Mainly focusing on four or five most popular programming languages in the world

• Launching [redacted] for the developer community

• The public testnet is going to launch at mid to late summer - depending on beta

• It could be the third testnet, after that mainnet is going to launch late this year or early next year with the best conditions

• There will be huge grants for developers but not to buy their loyalty. Incentives for getting an organic developer community to try VRRB system, build on our platform, fall in love with VRRB, and make their lives better

4. How to get on board?

Discord is closed for now, but It will be open for everyone very soon. The only way to get into Discord is through the Telegram group.
