On August 31, 2023, DragonCapsule NFT, in collaboration with the METAIP platform, launched the latest version of the DragonCapsule METAIP NFT License. The License adopts the “MetaIP-Community-No-Hate” Terms, which maximizes the rights of the holder community and grants DragonCapsule NFT owners unlimited commercial rights. The holders can use their DragonCapsule NFTs for any commercial purpose. The “MetaIP-Community-No-Hate” license terms have added two important clauses: a. “Authorization licenses are irrevocable” clause, and b. The reverse authorization license has added a “Creators retain commercial rights” clause.

The DragonCapsule METAIP NFT uses the “MetaIP-Community-No-Hate” Licenses, which maximize the rights of the holder community, and provides multilingual international versions (with the English version as the default basic terms, the multi-language versions also have equivalent legal efficiency, but when the terms need to be clarified, the default basic terms should prevail).
