It is with great pleasure and excitement that we are set to announce that ZKFair’s third Launchpool project launch - Merlin Chain. In order to let the community & users participate in said activity in a fair manner, this article is destined to provide a comprehensive explanation and instructions for anyone to follow.

ZKFair Launchpool allocation: 21,000,000

Date: February 18th 11:00 (UTC+8) - March 31st 11:00 (UTC+8)

Activity Rules:

• Users must follow ZKFair on Twitter and join ZKFair Discord to be eligible for this Launchpool event.

• Users are meant to earn points by completing related tasks within the ZkFair Launchpool, which can be exchanged for $MERL tokens in the future. The release of $MERL tokens is entirely based on Merlin Chain’s economic model.

Reward Rules:

Part 1: 4,200,000 $MERL

1. ZKFair gas fee subsidy:

   a. +80 points for every 10 USDC in gas fees spent within the ZKFair network, up to a cap of 8000 points.

2. ZKF Stakers (ZKFair Network):

   a. +10 points for every 10,000 ZKF staked on ZKFair for >= 1 month, up to 8000 points. (Random snapshots will be taken daily, and based on the average staking value during the activity.)

3. ZKF DID holders (Each DID holder will be eligible to receive a certain amount of points, to be redeemed for $MERL):

   a. 3 character-domains: +100 points

   b. 4 character-domains: +30 points

   c. 5 character-domains or more: +6 points (Random snapshots will be taken daily, and based on the average number of holdings during the activity.)

4. ZKF Pass (Feb) holders: +2 points (Each pass held will add +2 points) (Random snapshots will be taken daily, and based on the average number of holdings during the activity.)

5. ZKF PFP (NFT) Holders (ZKFair PFP is set to be launched in the advent of Merlin’s launch on ZKFair Launchpool): +150 points (Each PFP held will add +150 points) (Random snapshots will be taken daily, and based on the average number of holdings from the launch of PFP until the end of the Launchpool event.)
