Joystream is a decentralized platform for video and audio content creators that was launched in 2018. It aims to provide an alternative to centralized streaming platforms such as YouTube and Spotify by giving creators more control over their content and providing them with direct monetization opportunities.

Crescent Network is a newborn star that was born from the collision of two others like B-Harvest(Cosmos) and Ignite(Tendermint). Each contributed to Crescent Network, for example the B-Harvest team developed a working liquidity module called Gravity DEX, and Ignite created the Emeris interface and web interface. Crescent is the realization of the Gravity DEX team’s vision and their close collaboration with Ignite. This collaboration helped give birth to a new star, DeFi Crescent, which means it has pushed the boundaries of usefulness and possibilities when connecting to blockchain.
