Mundo Lingoās power is that anyone can approach anyone. Vultures can approach their targets unhinderd, but we can also approach vultures and their target unhinderd, so we do that. Gatecrash the vultureās party.
When a known vulture is at work, discuss with your team and send a Vulture Hunter over to join their conversation. Join in and chat in a friendly way. The victim will now be able to focus their attention on you and freeze-out the vulture. If the vulture moves on to another target then send another Vulture Hunter, and then another and another until the vulture, in despair, finally leaves š„³.
Social pressure is incredibly persuasive. Organise your team to keep tabs on vultures. If a vulture feels that the entire Ambassador team is watching, and then an Ambassador is approaching, another is walking past watching and so on, it becomes embarrassing for the vulture.
You, your team member or even the Manager may be tempted to have strong words with the vulture. Try to dissuade your team from doing this. If the vulture acts so inappropriately that stronger action is needed then escalate to the venuesā security team.
