Let’s turn loners into matches. The way to do this will surprise you👇
RolePlay 👉 YOU + 2 people. “Loner” and “Match” 🙎♂️ - - 🙋🏽♀️

🙎♂️ You approach Loner, ask their name + light chit chat.

Ask Loner “I see other speakers of your language in this event, can I intro you?”

If Loner agrees, ask them to wait there (not follow you) while you go to talk with the match. The match should be someone, or some people who are standing and have a matching flag.

🙋🏽♀️Ask Match (or matches) if you can introduce someone to them. If Match say yes, ask their name and tell them to wait there (not follow you).

🙎♂️Return to the Loner and tell them to follow you. Take Loner to Match.

🙎♂️ - - 🙋🏽♀️Introduce Match and Loner by their names.

Now…. run away! 😱 GO! Don’t even say anything, just get out of there!

It may feel bad randomly walking away, but it works. Giving them the privacy to meet each other without you watching them is waaay easier. If you feel too bad, just say “Excuse me, I’ll be right back” and exit. You don’t actually have to come back.
