Engaging with the wise words and timeless teachings of Eckhart Tolle unlocked a spiritual depth within me I did not know was there. His words encourage disidentification with the egoic mind and compulsive thinking and a reconnection with your true, unchanging self, offering a connection to a durable undercurrent of peace from which my happiness and love of life flow.
The importance of being present and simplifying one's identity has enabled a profound spiritual transformation within me and allowed me to glimpse profound peace of mind and contentment. This understanding in its infancy has demonstrated that there are many more secrets to our conscious experience waiting to be explored. While this journey is intensely personal. The ideas and teaching that enable such a journey are timeless. Mindfulness & Spirituality is a sub-blog of Chasing Coherence that will explore such ideas and chronicle my personal journey toward spiritual enlightenment and peace of mind.
