A Little Reminder ⏲️
It’s a tough time for a lot of teams in the space. While we do not underestimate the challenges that our community, our peers and the whole industry is facing, we want to take this opportunity to remind ourselves and everyone else of the potential and promise of what we’re collectively building. Neither do we control financial markets nor do we influence the direction of the global economy and trends. We also don’t know how long this painful time will last. But we do decide how hard we work and we do know that no matter what, what we’re building will help billions of people.
Now is the time to put our heads down and keep pushing and that’s exactly what we’re doing. We’re thankful for our leadership team, our investors, and especially our partners for continuing to inspire us.

MadMen is a decentralized advertising platform who has integrated the CyberConnect social verifier API to confirm the authenticity of advertisers, thus providing users with an extra layer of security when they’re clicking on ads.
MetaJam is a verifiable reputation protocol that enables users to discover Web3 projects that are trustworthy. MetaJam has integrated the CyberConnect APIs for follow/unfollow users + liking & voting for projects on the platform, as well as displaying the rankings of the projects that are voted for.

Protocol🔒
- Our efforts on improving the developer center are continuing. We deployed v0.8 of the developer center over the past week and added one particular section by popular request: an overview of partners that have integrated with CyberConnect on the center’s Showcase page. The projects in our ecosystem range across diverse fields including but not limited to NFT marketplaces, credential networks, and metaverse explorers. You can head over to the showcases to learn more on how projects such as Project Galaxy and Light are using CyberConnect.

We are making new changes to the CyberConnect Explorer. Our team has been hard at work to make these improvements and add new features to launch the Explorer’s v0.2. Stay tuned for these new features (hint: they include new data visualization options).

Are you a prospective developer who is curious about what you can build with CyberConnect? In our next developer center update (scheduled for next Friday), we will release Version 2 of our CyberConnect Starter kit. The starter kit serves as a template to quickly understand what you can build with CyberConnect. With modularized components, you can copy-paste the code into your projects in no time. The starter includes all of our features in an all-in-one platform that allows you to play with key features such as how to follow users, receive notifications, and get recommendations. By using this starter template, you can quickly build a social media dApp, explorer, or feed.

Our Co-Founder & CEO Wilson Wei joined us at the Community Call AMA on July 15th to introduce Link3 for Professionals. Wilson talked about our vision for Link3 and how to get whitelisted. We will be whitelisting 100 participants’ addresses from this community call.
